Research On The Impact Of Enterprise Cloud Migration Policy On Level Of The Application Of Cloud Computing In Shandong Province

Cloud computing plays an important role in enterprise digitalization and is the basis for the application of digital technologies such as big data analysis,artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things.Therefore,the government has issued a series of policies and measures to promote enterprises to migrate information systems to the cloud,that is,enterprises migrating to cloud.The policies have boosted the enterprises to migrate to cloud computing,however,the breadth and depth of enterprise migrating to cloud are still not sufficient.This paper categorizes government policies and measures into government-related variables,core enterprises-related variables and cloud computing suppliers-related variables and choose appropriate latent variables for them.Further,based on the institutional pressure theory and the method of regression analysis,this paper explores the influence of policy implementation on the breadth and depth of enterprise migrating to cloud.The results of data analysis show that it is more effective to promote enterprises to go to the cloud through market means than to directly promote enterprises to go to the cloud through policies.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to further enhance the breadth and depth of enterprises migrating to cloud in Shandong Province.
