In recent years,with the increase of "double-employee" families and the change of parenting concepts,the society’s demand for off-campus trusteeship services has increased.Many large and medium-sized city off-campus trusteeship agencies have gradually improved their supervision systems during market development,but they are similar to S In such small cities,the supervision of off-campus trusteeship agencies is relatively lagging behind.At present,from an academic perspective,most of the research on the supervision of the off-campus trusteeship industry is concentrated in large and medium-sized cities,and there is little research on small cities and rural areas.From a practical point of view,the supervision issues of small cities in terms of off-campus trusteeship institutions are more prominent.Therefore,research on the supervision issues of trusteeship agencies in S counties can help to improve the comprehensiveness of off-campus trusteeship agency supervision and enrich the pertinence of supervision in related fields.To provide examples for small cities to improve the supervision of off-campus trusteeship institutions.This article takes the supervision of off-campus trusteeship agencies in S County as an example,and uses questionnaire survey and interview research methods to conduct a comprehensive study on the supervision of off-campus trusteeship agencies.The first is to analyze the statistical data of relevant departments,starting with the supervision mechanism,supervision mode and supervision force of S county’s off-campus custodian institutions,and analyze the reality of the supervision of the S county’s custodian institutions.The second is to use interviews,questionnaires and other methods to analyze the outstanding problems in the supervision process of S county’s off-campus trusteeship institutions.The third is to analyze the causes of the problems in terms of laws and regulations,law enforcement process,and collaborative governancein view of the problems found.Finally,it improves and enhances it from four aspects: "improving laws and regulations","dividing supervision powers and responsibilities","strengthening information construction",and "building collaborative governance" to promote the transition from traditional supervision to informatization supervision,and a single government supervision To shift to coordinated social supervision,to solve the lagging problem of small cities in the supervision of custody institutions,and to ensure a good environment for the healthy growth of children.
