The Construction Of Community Policing In Bengbu Under The Background Of Informatization Research

Nowadays,with the development of information technology,the change brought by information technology development affects all aspects of social life.The widespread adoption of Intelligent information technology such as the Internet,big data and cloud computing has promoted the development of community policing.Besides that,Intelligent technology made community policing changes from professionalism to informatization.Therefore community police workers need to adapt to the new change,and play a greater role in grass-roots community governance.As one of the modern model cities of urban governance in China,there are some achievements in community policing construction in Bengbu city,which are relying on advanced information technology.But the current situation is that there are still some deficiencies in investment,emphasis,the level of information and public participation.Based on the informatization situation in Bengbu city,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes in the community police construction,and provides some pragmatic and rational suggestions and solutions for the modernization of Bengbu community police capability under the informatization background,which are based on relevant theories and typical experience of community police construction at home and abroad.The thesis starts from six parts.The introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,analyzes theoretical knowledge that is related to community policing construction,and provides some guidances for the follow-up research.The first chapter suggests some relative concepts and basic theories and provides the theoretical basis for the following analysis.The second chapter describes the construction status in Bengbu community police.the development history is divided to three stages,and introduces the characteristics of different stages.The third chapter mainly analyzes the problems existing in Bengbu city community police construction and the root causes.It is believed that the hardware facilities of Bengbu community police still need to be improved,the organizational management mode needs to be reformed,the team construction needs to be strengthened,the system construction needs to be promoted,and the ability of collection and evaluation information needs to be improved.Besides that,the root causes of these problems are analyzed.The fourth chapter enumerates the typical models and advanced experience of community police construction at home and abroad,Which is the experience reference for promoting community police construction in Bengbu city.The fifth chapter,on the basis of the previous analysis and discussion,the feasible way to optimize the community police construction of Bengbu city is proposed.The feasible method is that comprehensive upgrade community policing informatization facilities is necessary,the information management system of community policing needs to be reshaped,the talent team construction of community policing needs to be strengthened,the system of community policing and the construction of community policing construction of information platform needs to be refined.This is the only way to promote the construction of community policing,and improve its management ability of modernization.
