Research On The Construction Of Community Police Information In R City

Informatization is an overall trend of global development,which has a profound impact on all aspects of social life.At the same time,the basic work of public security at the grass-roots level is facing enormous challenges along with the complex and interlacing of the vast information network.This paper mainly focuses on R city to study the difficulties brought by informatization to community policing work and the Countermeasures for its informatization construction and development.At present,R city is in the period of three years' basic battle of provincial public security organs.With the rapid progress of various policing work,the requirements for grass-roots work are becoming higher and higher.In recent years,R Municipal Public Security Bureau has vigorously promoted the construction of "Community Intelligent Police+Project",and will regard it as the first project of the city's Intelligent Public Security Construction.At present,40 eligible communities in the city are experimenting with it,including the research and development and installation of community intelligent police front-end perception equipment,and the research of application algorithm model of community intelligent platform,etc.to build a national demonstration point."Community Intelligent Police + Model" can speed up the construction of community policing information,promote the extension of grass-roots public security work to social management service departments,and speed up data sharing and functional connectivity.However,the problems of serious aging,low subsidy and low full-time of grass-roots ranks in the public security community are still serious.It is urgent to take practical and effective measures to improve the operation and guarantee mechanism so as to meet the requirements of the times,solve the development problems and achieve the working objectives of "less cases,good order,social stability and mass satisfaction".Based on the full elaboration of the connotation of community policing,this paper analyses the era requirement of information trend to community policing,and through the method of investigation and research,it analyses the current situation of community policing work of R city public security organs and the problems and difficulties of information construction from four aspects: ideological understanding,safeguard mechanism,evaluation mechanism and information application,and then draws lessons from home and abroad.Based on the concept and experience of community policing work,this paper puts forward four related countermeasures,which include the construction of information subject,Supporting Police Working Mechanism,information synthesis and application,and information management mode,in order to be helpful to the development of community policing informatization in R city.
