| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee has strengthened the comprehensive and strict governance of the party,deeply promoted the construction of a clean and honest government and the fight against corruption.The spread of corruption has been effectively curbed,and the overwhelming trend of anti-corruption struggle has been formed.The Central Committee of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China arranged and deployed the reform of the supervision system,set up provincial,municipal and county supervisory committees,promulgated the supervision law of the People’s Republic of China,established the national supervision committee,and built a discipline inspection and supervision system with unified command,comprehensive coverage,authority and high efficiency.The anti-corruption struggle has won an overwhelming victory.In 2009,after the mobile terminal access to the Internet,the Internet has a profound impact on all aspects of social life.The timeliness,low threshold access,concealment,interactivity,openness and convenience of the Internet provide a new channel for supervising the style of public officials and the legality and compliance of exercising public power.The Internet has also become a new position to prevent and punish corruption.For the Internet anti-corruption mode,China has accumulated a lot of experience,and some scholars have carried out research,but most of them are on the Internet anti-corruption public opinion.Through case analysis,literature analysis and comparative analysis,this paper finds out the current situation,causes,main ways and characteristics of network anti-corruption,deeply analyzes the focus and existing problems of current network anti-corruption,and puts forward the construction content of anti-corruption system under the background of Internet,focusing on how to collect,integrate and use network data information,find out the law of corruption under the new situation,and find out the law of corruption under the new situation To the weak links in the exercise of public power,we should prevent and detect corruption as soon as possible,establish and improve the rules and regulations of network anti-corruption,improve the professional ethics of Internet enterprises and the social morality of citizens,and so on,so as to provide new ideas for building a clean and honest government and fighting against corruption under the new situation.In the first chapter,this paper discusses the research background and the significance of the topic,and expounds the research content and research methods.The second chapter from the network anti-corruption,makes a brief overview of the relevant content,introduces the concept and characteristics of network anti-corruption,the main way and anti-corruption main body;the third chapter describes the Network Anti-corruption through the introduction of relevant typical cases,and selects four special cases of Network Anti-corruption combined with the way of Network Anti-corruption for detailed analysis.In the fourth chapter,the author focuses on the current situation and reason analysis of Internet anti-corruption.At the present stage,the problems existing in China’s Network Anti-corruption are that the resultant force of Network Anti-corruption has not yet formed.It is difficult to distinguish the true from the false information,the supporting measures are not perfect,some corrupt elements still have a fluke mentality,businessmen still have no effective control on the "hunting" momentum of national public officials;the common people’s understanding of "official standard" is still not changed;the utilization rate of Internet technology in anti-corruption struggle is not high,the reasons for these problems are various Mainly from the perspective of reality,social background and network level analysis.Finally,in the fifth chapter,the author puts forward relevant suggestions from the government level,system level,social level and citizen level,so as to promote the healthy development of China’s network anti-corruption. |
