This paper By tracing back to Turkey’s Central Asia strategy,this paper combs the evolution of Turkey’s Central Asia strategy,focusing on the content and characteristics of Turkey’s Central Asia strategy after the ruling of the Justice and Development Party.takes the central Asia since the foundation of the republic of Turkey strategy as the research object,with realism in international relations theory as a guide,focus on the contemporary international political system of the interaction between state actors.The Turkish republic has a long history of diplomatic strategy in central Asian countries,and this long strategic relationship is determined by Turkey’s unique geopolitical position.Turkey is a transeurasian,culturally typical eastern country where most of its citizens believe in Islam;Politically,it also moved towards the west,showing its membership in the north Atlantic treaty organization and its continued efforts to join the European Union.In such a political ecoenvironment,it is necessary to do everything in diplomacy,regardless of the political philosophy of Turkey’s leadership system.So in the research the Turkey’s central Asia strategy should take the same period of the west diplomatic strategy influence into account,such ability to Turkey at the time of central Asia strategy have a more clear understanding.It elaborates on the strategy of justice and development of the Party.After its victory in the parliamentary elections in November 2002,it became the first ruling party with Islamic background to hold a majority of seats in the Parliament and form a separate cabinet since the founding of Turkey in 79 years.Since taking office,the party has adjusted Turkey’s foreign policy to a more proactive,all-round,constructive and forward-looking "East-to-East diplomacy".Turkey,as a regional power,is capable of implementing its strategic aspirations within a certain range.However,also affected by the political power of the Turkey itself,in foreign distinctive tendency of pragmatism and utilitarianism,each different stage has its own characteristics,the practicability and the characteristics of periodic determines a third aspect of Turkey’s central Asia strategy is complexity.Therefore,to study Turkey’s central Asian strategy,it is necessary to define the strategic characteristics of central Asia in different stages of Turkey.By Turkey’s central Asia strategy research,we can be summarized in the performance ofthe Turkish diplomatic image for "double-headed eagle in a storm" that is,things to two or morethings,affected by power politics.
