Research On Social Work Intervened In Community Correction Subjects’ Social Integration

With the continuous development of human society,community corrections,as a form of execution corresponding to imprisonment,has gradually received attention from various countries.my country has developed the "Beijing Model","Shanghai Model" and "Shenzhen Model" since the launch of the community corrections pilot project in 2003.In the process of community corrections subjects accepting community corrections,their social integration has aroused widespread concern in society.Due to the duality characteristics of ordinary people and criminals,community corrections subjects face many social integration problems,such as employment discrimination,low self-esteem,social support network fracture,social interaction,etc.,so that their reintegration into society encounters many challenges and it is difficult to return.society.The social integration status of community correction subjects is not only related to their own development,but also related to my country’s social governance and social harmony.Based on the author’s field investigations,in-depth interviews,observations and literature studies during the internship period of the N Community Correction Center in G City,this article selects probation personnel as the research objects,based on the theory of social support networks and superior perspectives,and aims at the social integration of community correction objects Research the problem.First,conduct in-depth interviews and observations with community corrections subjects,community corrections workers,and social workers,actually participate in community corrections work,investigate and obtain the specific social integration problems faced by corrections subjects;secondly,this article focuses on the current social integration of community corrections subjects.The current situation is analyzed from the four dimensions of individual integration,family integration,social interaction integration,and professional integration;third,using social work methods to intervene in community corrections(probation persons)social integration services to help them solve personal,family,social interaction,and professional To promote their social integration;finally summarize the experience of community corrections subjects’ social integration,reflect on community corrections services,and make suggestions.This study explores the use of social work to intervene in community corrections services for probationers,not only can help community corrections subjects solve the problem of social integration,but also can further expand the research field and service scope of social work,provide new solutions for community corrections,and further maintain social harmony stable.
