Research On Social Integration Of Community Inmates Under The Background Of Big Data

Community correction is an important system to improve the execution of punishment and to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.With the socialization of execution,criminals who meet the conditions of community corrections are placed in society to serve their sentences.At present,there are more than 700 thousand community inmates in China.Due to the lack of supervisory measures and the lack of corrective assistance capabilities,these questions have prevented the community inmates from successfully integrating into society.With the rapid development of big data technology,it has potential value in electronic monitoring,risk early warning,personalized recommendation of correction(assistance)programs,etc.,which provides new ideas and tools for community inmates to change from "criminal" to "social".With the support of big data technology,community correction has changed from "traditional correction" to "intelligent correction".At present,the scholars mainly discussed the value of big data in the supervision of community inmates from the theoretical framework level,and less research on the social integration of community inmates.This research mainly uses the case study.The author used the methods of observation and questionnaire to collect data,and found the important information of the collected data by reviewing the key events.The author discovered the social integration situation and influencing factors of community inmates under the background of big data,and then put forward the research strategy of social work involving in the social integration of community inmates.The main contents are as follows:The first part is the basic research.The first chapter introduces the research background,research questions,research significance,research methods,research framework and main concepts.The second chapter introduces the three theories of evidence-based correction,strength perspective and social support,and summarizes the literature review of big data application in community correction,judicial field and social work,thus laying the research foundation of the paper.The third chapter introduces the feasibility and necessity of applying big data to community correction.The second part is the main part of the article,including the social integration situation,factors and intervention strategies of community inmates under the background of big data.The fourth chapter describes the current situation of social integration of community inmates under the background of big data:positive cooperation and active integration,passive cooperation and limited integration,negative response and edge integration.The fifth chapter analyzes the factors that affect the social integration of community inmates.At the individual level,community inmates have a double identity bias;at the social level,correction programs ignore the construction of social support networks;at the ethical level,big data violates privacy and causes stigmatization.In response to the above problems,the sixth chapter introduces intervention strategies.With the help of big data tools,the author proposes strategies for social work to intervene in the social integration of community inmates.Based on data collection,analysis and evaluation,social integration strategies of community inmates were developed.It includes four aspects:reconstruct the cognition of community inmates,build a diversified social support network,crisis interventions for risk events,and actively talk about big data to avoid ethical risks.The third part is the summary of the article.The seventh chapter introduces the research conclusions,research deficiencies and research prospects.
