| With the improvement of the people’s requirements for the quality of public safety and the increase in the functions and tasks of the public security organs themselves,the work pressure and work dangers of the police have increased.This has also caused some police officers to have a fear of difficulty and the idea of position transfer,which has led to the public security organs.The loss of personnel has increased the workload of the public security organs.The promotion of police professional identity can relieve the police’s ideological problems to a certain extent,help the police overcome the fear of difficulties,enhance the police’s professional sense of belonging,and improve work efficiency.Therefore,enhancing the police’s professional identity is of great significance to the public security team construction and public security work in the new era.Police occupational identity is the affirmative and relatively stable psychological experience of the police for their own occupation formed in the police activities.At present,there are many means to enhance the professional identity of the police,and the implementation of the honor ceremony of the police is an important carrier and means to enhance the professional identity of the police.The Police Honor Ceremony is a ceremony for the public security organs to award police honors at a special time in the police career in order to enhance the cohesion and professional identity of the police force.It is an indispensable part of the police honor system.Theoretically speaking,in the implementation of the honor ceremony of the police,one is to build a “mime environment” for police professional identification through time and space construction,the second is to use ritual symbols to strengthen police professional awareness,and the third is to use ritual interaction to enhance police professionalism.Emotional energy,the fourth is to use ritual values to regulate police professional behavior,thereby enhancing police professional identity.On the basis of theoretical discussion,through questionnaire surveys,we understand the effectiveness of the police honor ceremony in enhancing the police’s professional identity,which is manifested in the following three aspects: one is the expansion of the police’s professional cognition,and the other is the police’s professional emotion The third is that the professional behavior of the police has been standardized.At the same time,through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,it is found that the police honor ceremony still has shortcomings in the process of enhancing the police’s professional identity,mainly in the following three aspects:(1)The impact on professional cognition is insufficient.(2)The accumulation level of professional emotional energy is not high.(3)The incentive effect of professional behavior is not continuous.Based on the above issues,the conclusions and analyses have concluded that there are three reasons for imprecise ritual setting,insufficient ritual interaction,and weak ritual motivation.In response to the above-mentioned problems,the following countermeasures are proposed: First,improve the ritual structure setting to expand and influence the police’s professional cognition.The second is to improve the quality of ceremonial interaction to enhance the professional emotional energy of the police.Third,improve the ceremonial incentive model to shape the police’s professional behavior.Through the above three countermeasures,the actual effect of further enhancing the police honor ceremony and enhancing the police’s professional identity is achieved. |
