Study On Professional Identity Of Police Inspector In Gansu Province

At present,the work of public security is facing both opportunities and challenges,and the reform of public security system has entered a new stage of systematic remolding and overall reform.Public security organs throughout the country have continued to focus on key areas,overcome difficulties,focus on typical approaches,and push forward overall reform of the public security system.Police inspector is the public security organ with a watchdog,has the characteristics of relative independence,targeted,working in different from the party's discipline inspection departments,to early detection and timely stop,quickly correct security forces in some of the problems existing in the work,in the construction of the whole team highlight the good effects of beforehand prevention,correct.The establishment of the police supervision department plays an important role in improving the internal supervision mechanism of the public security organs,improving the public security work and the regularization of the ranks.This article obtains from the perspective of professional identity of this analysis,through the study of the investigation and study of gansu province public security police inspector,from the professional cognition,professional emotion,professional conduct three dimension measure of professional identity,and the gender,age,education,marriage,professional,police officer training situation,level,position,and out of nine variables significant difference analysis and compare the mean,the results showed: Police inspectors ratio distribution,the difference of age groups,education level,marriage reality,professional knowledge and length of CongJing,administrative level and division of work tasks,learning,training in professional emotion,professional cognition and behavior of three dimensions of the test out the different points,the corresponding impact on professional identity also.According to the questionnaire analysis,the professional identity score of police inspectors of public security organs in gansu province is low,the low frequency of police inspectors post changes and the small promotion space are the main factors that cause the lowprofessional identity of police inspectors of public security organs in gansu province.At last,this paper puts forward some countermeasures on how to improve the professional identity of police inspectors in gansu province.
