Study On The Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of Habitat Improvement In Corps Companies

2020 is the closing year of building a moderately prosperous society,and also the closing year of the three-year action to improve the rural habitat environment.In recent years,the Party and the government have been increasing the policy tilt,proposing the implementation of the "rural revitalization" strategy,vigorously improving the rural habitat environment,building a beautiful countryside,and ensuring the overall construction of a well-off society.The improvement of rural habitat environment is an important part of the integrated development of urban and rural areas and sustainable development of urban and rural areas,as well as an important part of the "rural revitalization" strategy.It is very important to develop green economy,build ecological civilization,improve the happiness index of the majority of rural residents,and study rural habitat environment.In addition,the obvious improvement of the habitat environment in Xinjiang Corps plays a decisive role in the construction of beautiful countryside,which is the basis for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and an important embodiment of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.Corps company habitat improvement work,establish the respect for nature,in line with nature,protect nature’s ecological civilization concept,take the road of sustainable development,has become an inevitable choice for today’s society.This paper is a study on the evaluation of the effect of habitat improvement in Corps companies-taking the first and fourteenth divisions as examples.Through 575 valid questionnaires obtained from the field research of the First and Fourteenth Divisions,we applied hierarchical analysis,fuzzy integrated evaluation method and logistic stepwise multiple linear regression analysis to evaluate the perception of life(pride,happiness,security,satisfaction,responsibility and access)and habitat ecological environment(effect of domestic waste classification,effect of domestic sewage treatment,effect of domestic sewage treatment,effect of toilet reform,effect of agricultural production waste resource utilization,effect of improvement of company appearance,effect of improvement of company area,effect of improvement of company environment,and effect of improvement of company environment.The study evaluates the effect of human living environment improvement in the Corps in terms of two major effects: the effect of domestic waste classification and improvement,the effect of domestic sewage treatment and improvement,the effect of domestic sewage treatment and improvement,the effect of toilet reform and improvement,the effect of resource utilization of agricultural production waste,the effect of company appearance and improvement,the effect of company regionalization planning,and the effect of construction and management mechanism,so as to provide a more favorable theoretical basis for the development of rural revitalization.The main research findings are summarized as follows:(1)Most of the workers in the first and fourteenth divisions are Han Chinese accounting for 75.48%,and the living habits of different ethnic groups should be considered in the process of habitat improvement and corresponding measures should be made.The majority of education is elementary school education accounting for 40.86%,the workers of the first and fourteenth divisions have low education,the government should strengthen the level of education to improve the overall quality of family workers to improve the effect of habitat improvement.The majority of the annual family income of more than 30,000 yuan accounted for 51.65%,relatively speaking,this family income is low,through the habitat environment improvement to improve the perception of workers’ lives.(2)Through hierarchical analysis and fuzzy evaluation method,a comprehensive evaluation score of 71.58 in the satisfactory and good interval is made for the first division and the fourteenth division,and the workers have a strong sense of pride,happiness,security,responsibility,satisfaction and sense of achievement for the remediation effect,which is relatively good.The effect of domestic waste classification and improvement,domestic sewage treatment and improvement,domestic sewage treatment and improvement,toilet reform and improvement,agricultural production waste resource utilization,company appearance and improvement,company regionalization planning effect,construction and management mechanism effect are also more satisfactory.(3)A division in the employee’s perception of life variables all pass the test.The effect of sewage treatment and remediation in the ecological environment of habitat improvement did not pass the significance test,and the government should strengthen supervision of this aspect of sewage remediation in the process of habitat improvement by formulating relevant remediation policies and having punitive measures for the indiscriminate discharge of sewage.The rest of the variables passed the significance test.In the 14 th Division,the pride,responsibility,and sense of acquisition of public services,housing area,and economic convenience did not pass the significance test in terms of employee perception.The fourteenth division has no sense of responsibility for the low participation of employees in the process of habitat improvement,and some benefits will be distributed to the employees in the process of habitat improvement such as rich and comfortable housing will make the employees feel no sense of pride,responsibility,and gain.Sense of well-being,satisfaction and security of the remaining variables pass the test.All the variables of the fourteenth division in terms of habitat and ecological environment improvement passed the test.In general,the first division and the fourteenth division have a better effect on the improvement of habitat and environment.Based on the analysis of the research results,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve and strengthen the Corps’ habitat improvement and enhance the evaluation of the workers’ effect: First,increase the construction of infrastructure and make up for the shortcomings of science and technology.Second,pay attention to the publicity of the Corps’ habitat improvement work,and really make the workers become the master of habitat improvement work.Third,strengthen the cultural level of workers,more lectures on habitat improvement.Fourth,strengthen the measures,pay close attention to the implementation,and do a good job in the Corps Company Habitat for Humanity environmental health long-term cleaning work.Finally,a reasonable outlook on the future of the Corps company habitat environment improvement effect,always remember the original intention,remember the mission,and build a beautiful China with a lot of weather.
