Study On Improvement Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Y District, Anhui Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

"Ecological livable" is one of the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy contains the improvement of rural living environment and the construction of ecological livable new countryside.Only by improving the rural living environment can we build a beautiful countryside,improve farmers’ well-being and accelerate rural revitalization.At the same time,with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the improvement of rural living environment has become an important task for grassroots governments,testing the level and capacity of grassroots governance,and is an important aspect of grassroots social governance.Area Y,as a suburb and traditional agricultural area,has weak infrastructure,outdated rural appearance and large historical environmental debt.It is a typical representative of economically underdeveloped areas.This paper takes Y District as the research object to study the problems related to rural human settlement environment remediation,which can provide theoretical reference and practical reference for THE rural human settlement environment remediation in Y District and other economically underdeveloped areas.The rural residential environment renovation work of this thesis to Y area propulsion situation as the breakthrough point,on the basis of domestic and foreign related research literature,on the basis of the theory of public products,public governance,through field investigation,questionnaire survey method,from the rural residential environment regulation involves five aspects of comprehensive analysis of the current situation of Y area of rural living environment,This paper summarizes the problems existing in the regulation practice of Y district,such as low participation of the main body of regulation,uneven regional effectiveness and insufficient long-term effect,and analyzes the deep-rooted reasons such as insufficient publicity,lack of planning guidance and prominent governance shortcomings.After that,based on the experience and practice of rural residential environment regulation at home and abroad and the objective reality of Y district,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the participation of the main body of regulation,promote the balance degree of regulation effect,enhance the coordination of all parties of regulation,ensure the implementation of regulation policy,and ensure the sustainable regulation effect.
