| Fingerprint technology plays an important role in both criminal and civil cases,but more and more cases appear incomplete,fuzzy,deformation,overlapping fingerprint has become the bottleneck of fingerprint technology.As a micro detail feature,fingerprint three-level feature is relatively stable and non universal,which has high identification value.Therefore,how to apply fingerprint three-level features in forensic identification has important theoretical and practical research value.This paper is divided into four aspects: the first part introduces the concept,classification and characteristics of fingerprint three-level features,and analyzes the possibility and necessity of its application in judicial expertise by studying the characteristics of fingerprint three-level features.The second part,with the help of two cases,discusses the application of fingerprint three-level features in practice and the problems and challenges faced by the application of fingerprint three-level features at this stage,focusing on the identification standards,identification norms and scientific issues of fingerprint three-level features.The third part,by looking for the influence of different factors on the three-level fingerprint features,clarifies the application scenarios and matters needing attention of the three-level fingerprint features in forensic identification.In the fourth part,it puts forward some suggestions for the problems existing in the application of fingerprint three-level features in judicial expertise.It mainly discusses the display methods of fingerprint three-level features in judicial expertise,strengthening the cultivation of appraisers,establishing reasonable and unified fingerprint three-level features identification standards,and the development direction of fingerprint three-level features in fingerprint automatic identification system.In this paper,from the application of fingerprint three-level features in forensic expertise as a starting point,find problems,analyze problems,and put forward feasible suggestions.I hope it can play a positive role in the application of fingerprint three-level features in forensic identification. |
