Abstract/Summary:
The situation of drug abuse in China is more severe,the social problems and criminal cases can not be ignored,which seriously endanger human health and social public safety.In order to avoid the strong attack of the relevant departments,a variety of new drugs are constantly synthesized,which poses a new challenge for the physical evidence technical department to detect drugs in biological materials.Because of the complexity of biological materials,the diversity of drugs contained and the wide distribution range of drug concentration,sample pretreatment technology has become an important link in drug analysis.However,the traditional pretreatment techniques,such as liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction,have the problems of low extraction efficiency,human consumption and large solvent consumption.Therefore,more rapid,economical,environment-friendly and automated sample pretreatment techniques are needed to improve the efficiency of current drug analysis.Among the new pre-treatment technologies,solid-phase microextraction(solid phase microextraction,SPME)is a kind of pre-treatment technology suitable for drug analysis in laboratory and field,which has the advantages of fast,simple,solvent-free extraction,green and automation.It has been widely used in food detection,environmental monitoring and drug analysis.A brief introduction is given to the development trend and harm of drug abuse,as well as the present situation of the current drug testing standard and method in China,and the SPME principle and influencing factors are also introduced.This paper is divided into the following four parts,the first part,systematically discusses the distribution and main characteristics of drugs and their metabolites in biological materials,the second part,mainly discusses the application of SPME in drug analysis in the past five years through data statistics and related technology comparison,the third part,evaluates the SPME methods and coating characteristics in drug extraction.Finally,the SPME’s problems and technical improvement in drug analysis are put forward,and the development of the technology in drug analysis is summarized.
