| Mobilization is an important political ability for the Communist Party of China to mobilize the masses extensively.From the beginning of the founding of the Communist Party of China,China’s revolution,national construction and social development have not mobilized the Party.At every critical juncture,the CPC has demonstrated outstanding mobilization wisdom and strong leadership.In the process of the modernization of national governance,the powerful function and unique charm contained in the Party’s mobilization always play an important role in the process of modern social governance and gathering public recognition.The CPC’s mobilization capacity has been carried forward through history and formed a unique Chinese experience that continues to radiate vitality.Especially since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,our Party has become the ruling party,and it is all the more necessary to mobilize the broadest masses of the people to build socialism and realize the good wishes of national renewal and people’s happiness.And the youth is the most energetic,the most dream group,the future of the motherland,the hope of the nation.The Party’s cause needs generation after generation of young people to pass on the baton.No matter in the period of revolutionary war or reform and opening up,no matter in modern China or the contemporary society,the value pursuit of the youth is naturally linked with the development goal of the Communist Party of China.Young people can always stand up when the country is in danger and write the epic of youth with the power of youth.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the cause of youth development.It has repeatedly stressed that a country and a nation will have a bright future if the young generation has ideals and a sense of responsibility.In this paper,starting from the strategic height of the new historical position,in the form of historical carding review since the founding of new China in 70 years the party in different historical stages of the cultivation of the youth and task requirements,will become a new era of cultivating young path rooted in the historical experience of soil,constantly to answer "who to cultivate young,how to train the youth" of the era of asked.This paper takes the founding of new China as the beginning point of time,the specific ideas are divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,discussing the reason of the research,the research status,the research methods,the key difficulties and the basic concepts.The second part is the theoretical basis and practical basis of this paper.This study is based on the theory of the Party’s mass line,the Marxist view of youth and the theory of social movement,and takes the realization of the comprehensive development of the individual youth and the innovative development of youth work as the practical basis to carry out the youth mobilization work.The third part is to sort out the CPC’s central tasks in the development of the Party and the country in different historical stages since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,follow the physical and mental characteristics of the youth,combined with the theoretical framework of social mobilization to analyze the CPC youth mobilization behavior in each stage.The fourth part summarizes the basic experience of the CPC’s youth mobilization.In the process of leading the youth in their struggle,the Communist Party of China has accumulated rich experience in the mobilization of youth,and formed a unique historical tradition of the Communist Party of China in youth work.The last part is the future outlook.This part is not only the inheritance of the past positive experience,but also in combination with the social background of the new era to promote the Party’s youth work pioneering and innovative,advancing with The Times. |
