| The mass viewpoint is one of Marxist’s basic viewpoints.It is the fundamental standpoint of Marxist political parties when dealing with people and their attitude towards people.At different stages of history,the work focus of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has been changing depending on the changing of the social principle contradiction.However,the relationship between the Party and the masses has always been in need of appropriate treatment and it can never be satisfied with only one solution.It needs generations of members of the CPC to continue the exploration and ceaselessly improve the solution.During the historical procedure of realizing the Chinese Dream of bringing about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,Xi Jinping learns from the mass viewpoint of Marxism and previous party leaders of the CPC and finally comes up with his own view of the masses,which has distinct characteristics of the times and enriches the basic content of the mass viewpoint of the CPC.This essay mainly analyses Xi Jinping ’s mass viewpoint from three parts while adhering to Marxist historical materialism.First,through studying the source and development of Xi Jinping ’s mass viewpoint,this essay analyses the forming conditions of this new theory from both theoretical and practical levels.This new viewpoint cannot form without learning from classical Marxist works and previous party leaders.It develops and deepens with Xi’s furthering knowledge of the people and the masses.Second,this essay elaborates the main content of Xi Jinping ’s mass viewpoint which includes adhering to the principle position of the people,improving the happiness of people while putting the people at the center,tying up the relationship between the Party and the masses,fighting corruption,giving the full play to the people’s initiative and letting the people judge the effect of governing.Additionally,based on some of Xi Jinping thought,this essay articulates that the value orientation of Xi Jinping ’s mass viewpoint is to improve people’s well-being and it shows a dialectical way of thinking,a clear way of expressing and an earnest way of practicing.Finally,this essay concludes that Xi Jinping ’s mass viewpoint enriches and develops the Marxist mass viewpoint and construes as an important part of Xi Jinping ‘s thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.And it also serves as a fundamental instruction and compass for the Party to carry on the mass work and reinforce the basement for realizing the Chinese Dream of great renewal. |
