With the rapid development of the world’s military,strengthening the military with science and technology has become an important feature of the military development of various countries.In the future,the military development will pay more attention to the development of information technology and rely more on the competition of talents.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the professional talent level of the army for our army construction.It is of great significance to promote the comprehensive strength of the army and the level of information application through the recruitment work among college students.Our country has made a series of preferential policies on College Students’ conscription,and achieved remarkable results.However,due to the influence of multiple values of contemporary college students,there are rich and diversified plans for future development,so the implementation of conscription policy in Colleges and universities also has certain difficulties.How to understand the practical problems in the recruitment work of college students and analyze the impact of government policies on the recruitment of College students is of great importance to the subsequent policy adjustment and optimization To the meaning of.The propaganda and implementation of College Students’ conscription policy is directly related to the effect of College Students’ recruitment work.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the influence of government policies on College Students’ recruitment work.Based on this,this thesis selects Yancheng City as a case study,analyzes the characteristics of Yancheng conscription policy and its publicity and implementation,selects Yancheng Institute of technology and Yancheng Normal University to carry out a questionnaire survey,through which we can understand the influence of government policies on College Students’ willingness to join the army.Through the relevant analysis,we can understand the problems existing in the government policy of college student recruitment in Yancheng City,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategies.Through the relevant research and analysis,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of College Students’ conscription policies from the aspects of policy orientation,policy optimization,government role,University positioning,etc.,in order to provide a useful reference for the implementation and optimization of the policy of College Students’ conscription in Yancheng City.It is also hoped that the research in this paper can play a certain role in optimizing the relevant policies of College Students’ recruitment in other areas Reference function.There are 7 tables and 50 references in this thesis.
