Research On The Countermeasures To Relieve The Occupational Pressure Of The Grassroots Police Of Qinhuangdao Coast Defense Detachment

As is known to all,sticking to the forefront of law enforcement,the grass-roots people’s police,as an important part of the public security team,are faced with heavy work tasks.We can imagine the occupational pressure of these "people who sacrifice the most" in peacetime.The huge occupational pressure has brought different kinds of anxiety and psychological problems to the grass-roots police.The pressure seriously reduces the work efficiency and quality of life of the police,affects the good image of the police and the satisfaction of the masses,and restricts the function of the police.Therefore,it is urgent to study the current situation,consequences and mitigation path of Police Occupational stress.As a relatively special police force in the public security system,the coastal defense police not only undertakes the sacred mission of protecting people’s lives and property and maintaining national security and stability,but also undertakes the public security management and fishing boat people management in the border and coastal areas.The nature of their work determines that their occupational stress has both similarities and individual differences with other police services.However,there is no relevant research on their occupational stress.Therefore,based on the previous literature research,by combining theoretical research with fieldwork,this paper scientifically designs a reasonable questionnaire.Through the use of SPSS software statistical analysis of the effective recovery of the questionnaire,this paper then discusses the current situation and coping strategies of Qinhuangdao coastal defense grass-roots police occupational pressure.Data analysis indicates that,the occupational pressure of the coastal defense grass-roots police participating in the survey is on the high level on the whole.The occupational pressure of the grass-roots police has no obvious difference in the variables of educational level,but has significant difference in the variables of gender,age,marital status and working years.Generally speaking,the occupational pressure of the coastal defense grassroots police mainly comes from the system reform,work content,career development prospects,public relations of the police and the people and family conflicts,among which the high-risk work content is the main source of the police work pressure.According to the results of the questionnaire,most of the grassroots police relieve psychological pressure by single method,with little effect.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward specific mitigation strategies from three levels of organization,society and individual.
