| In recent years,the work pressure of grass-roots law enforcement personnel in townships and towns has received widespread attention from all walks of life.The grassroots level is the link between the party and the government and the people,and the platform for serving the people.The level of grass-roots management has a direct bearing on the production and life of the masses of the people,and determines the social foundation and ruling ability of the party’s ruling power and the foundation and level of state governance.In 2019,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued,and Jiangsu Province immediately promulgated,and District H of Y City,Jiangsu Province,also established a unified comprehensive administrative law enforcement agency at the grass-roots level in accordance with the relevant jiangsu provincial version of the implementation plan and relevant laws and regulations,and carried out law enforcement work in the name of townships(streets)to achieve "one team to manage law enforcement".In this context,it is very necessary to study the current situation of law enforcement pressure on grass-roots law enforcement personnel in townships and towns in District H of Y City.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,a systematic analysis of the research status at home and abroad is carried out,and it is found that there is a lack of pressure research on groups such as grass-roots law enforcement personnel in townships and towns.Secondly,the relevant concepts and theoretical bases involved in the study are analyzed one by one,the occupational pressure and the concept of township grass-roots law enforcement personnel are defined,and the theory of pressure management,the theory of human resource management in the public sector,and the theory of work demand and control are introduced.Third,through the questionnaire survey,the data of the grass-roots law enforcement personnel in the township of H District of Y City were collected,and 10 personnel were selected for field interviews to supplement the basic data,and the samples with 6 characteristics such as age,gender,and working years were analyzed and studied,and the sources of occupational stress were analyzed and studied.When considering the proportion of various factors,the occupational stress sources of township grass-roots law enforcement personnel are divided into three aspects:"work pressure","individual factors"and "career prospects",and the source analysis of each stress source is carried out.Finally,combined with the analysis results of the source of stress,targeted ways to alleviate the occupational pressure of grass-roots law enforcement personnel in townships and towns in District H of Y City are proposed,including increasing the number of grass-roots personnel,scientifically dividing the division of responsibilities,creating a sense of job honor,establishing correct professional values,improving the salary system guarantee,paying attention to personnel emotional counseling,strengthening self-learning ability,broadening promotion channels,and strengthening post skills training.This paper adopts the research idea of "asking questions-conducting theoretical analysis-carrying out empirical analysis-proposing countermeasures",adopts the sampling method of questionnaire survey and individual interview combination for data collection,and designs the questionnaire and interview outline in accordance with the principles of truthfulness,accuracy and effectiveness,and the results of the study reflect the current situation of occupational pressure of grass-roots law enforcement personnel in townships and towns in H District of Y City,and put forward targeted mitigation countermeasures. |
