Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Adoption Of E-government APP By The Middle-aged And Elderly People In Hengshui City

With the continuous progress of science and technology,the intelligent public service construction is moving to a new level in our country.In terms of administrative matters,the emergence of e-government APP makes people more closely connected with the government,allows people to be access to convenient and efficient services,and increases people’s sense of government participation.And for the government,the networking,informatization and intelligentization of service mode can improve the efficiency of government work,promote the transparency of government information and enhance the credibility of the government.The e-government APP is an application of government service for all people.However,compared to the young people,for the middle-aged and elderly people,the ability to use intelligent softwares and network literacy are still relatively low.When they download and use e-government APP,there will be various problems for the middle-aged and elderly people.A lot of services of e-government APP are closely related to the middle-aged and elderly people,for instance,retirement,pension,and medical care,etc.Making the middle-aged and elderly people enjoy the benefits of intelligent government service better is a major issue that e-government services need to pay attention to.Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the relevant theoretical research on e-government APP.Integrating some variables of Technology Acceptance Model,Theory of Planned Behavior and Innovation Diffusion Theory,according to the characteristics of the middle-aged and elderly people,this paper use the results of e-government APP adoption as the distinguishing standard,based on various variable factors,two types of e-government APP adoption models were constructed which provides scientific theoretical basis and feasibility for writing this article;Secondly,this article takes the middle-aged and elderly people with smart phones in Hengshui City as the research object,this paper assumes the relationship of each variable,and designs a questionnaire to distribute.SPSS software is used to analyze 413 questionnaires of e-government APP adoption by the middle-aged and elderly people in Hengshui City,209 people have adopted the e-government app,and 204 people have not adopted the e-government app.AMOS software is used to verify the hypothesis and modify two models,and 40 senior citizens were interviewed.Combined with data analysis,the influencing factors of the adopted sample model include New Medium Literacy,Risk Anticipation,Perceived Ease Of Use,Perceived Usefulness,Use Preferences,Subjective Assessment and Continuous Adoption Intention.and the factors of the not adopt sample model include Risk Anticipation,Subjective Environmental Perception,Usage Expectation,and Trialability;Finally,according to the influence factors of two models,this paper analyzes adoption,trust,cognition and adaptation from four aspects,and explores the underlying causes.From some aspects of multi-channel propaganda guidance,strengthening the security protection strength,combination of online and offline service optimization,fitness to aging of e-government APP,this paper proposes optimizing strategy for enhancing the adoption of e-government APP by the middle-aged and elderly people in Hengshui city.It is expected the middle-aged and elderly people who have adopted e-government APP can use it continuously and the middle-aged and elderly people who have not adopt e-government APP can try to use it or provides appropriate government affair service modes for them.
