In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the prolongation of life expectancy,Kunming has accelerated its entry into a deeply aging society,and the aging population will continue to increase in the future.The trend of population aging has also brought many challenges to the fields of medical care and elderly care..In order to cope with the aging population and the increasingly diversified and high-quality health care needs of the middle-aged and elderly,it is very necessary for Kunming to explore and optimize the development of a medical care-based care model.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign experience,Kunming has Through continuous exploration,a set of medical and health care integration models that conform to their actual conditions have been initially formed.This paper takes the improvement of the service capability of the middle-aged and elderly people in Kunming as the research topic,and analyzes the current situation and trend of population aging in Kunming through literature research and qualitative analysis,and combines the resources and utilization of medical and elderly services in Kunming.The current situation of Kunming’s integrated medical and nursing service capacity was discussed.Questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews were used to further understand the willingness of middle-aged and elderly people to accept medical and elderly care services,the content of their needs,and related influencing factors.By referring to the relevant literature and statistical investigation system,design and distribute questionnaires,sort out and analyze the data received from the questionnaires,and understand the content and degree of demand of middle-aged and elderly people for integrated medical and elderly care services;Univariate analysis was carried out on the factors of the willingness to serve the combination of medical care and elderly care.The factors with statistical significance were used as independent variables,and whether the middle-aged and elderly people had the willingness to combine medical and elderly care services was used as a binary dependent variable to construct a binary logistic regression model to analyze the influence of middle-aged and elderly people.The key factors of the willingness to choose integrated medical and elderly care services.Finally,combined with the analysis of the current situation of Kunming’s integrated medical and elderly care service capabilities,the results of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews with some respondents,this paper discusses the existing problems in Kunming’s middle-aged and elderly integrated medical and elderly care service capabilities.The service system of the combination of medical and elderly care is not perfect,the financial commitment of the middle-aged and the elderly to the combination of medical and elderly care is not high,the awareness of the combination of medical and elderly care services is low,and the middle-aged and elderly people have diversified needs for the combination of medical and elderly care services.several issues.And the improvement strategies are put forward from the perspectives of optimizing the top-level design,improving the social security system,building a multi-level medical and elderly care integration system,improving the service content of the medical and elderly care integration,and strengthening the publicity of the medical and elderly care integration.
