On The Legal Responsibility Of Illegal Administrative Procedure

The research on the legal responsibility of administrative procedure violation is an important part of the current administrative procedure research.However,since our country’s administrative procedure legislation started relatively late,there are still some shortcomings in the legal responsibility system for administrative procedure violations.The article takes procedural violations as the entry point,and carries out related in-depth discussions on the legal liabilities of procedural violations in conjunction with relevant cases.First,it elaborates on the related theory of legal liability for administrative procedure violations,and combines the legal liability system for illegal administrative procedures in foreign countries and the reality of the investigation of legal liability for administrative procedures in my country,and summarizes the legal liability system for administrative procedures violations in our country.The existing problems,combined with the actual situation of our country,put forward relevant suggestions on improving our country’s legal liability system for administrative procedure violations,in order to play a positive role in the improvement of our country’s administrative procedure violation legal responsibility system.
