Study On The Work Of Opium-banning And Drug-banning In Taiyue Revolutionary Base

After the outbreak of the comprehensive anti Japanese War,the Japanese aggressors attached more importance to the policy of poisoning in coordination with their armed aggression and wantonly abused drugs in North China.In the Taiyue revolutionary base,the puppets forced the people to grow opium poppy,batch process and sell opium smoke,and publicized and encouraged the people to take opium.The people in the Taiyue revolutionary base were deeply affected by opium.Based on the actual situation of Taiyue District,the CPC Taiyue district Party committee and Taiyue administrative office followed the superior’s deployment and arrangement,promulgated policies and regulations on smoking prohibition,and took measures to eliminate smoking and drugs.These anti smoking and anti drug work played a vital role in the victory of the Anti Japanese War,and its historical experience and lessons also have important reference significance for the current anti drug work in China.This paper mainly studies the anti smoking and anti drug work in Taiyue revolutionary base,analyzes the background,development process,achievements and shortcomings of the anti smoking and anti drug work in this area,and analyzes the Enlightenment of the anti smoking and anti drug work in Taiyue revolutionary base to the current anti drug work in China.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the purpose,significance,current research status and innovation of the research,and defines the research time and the concept of tobacco poisoning,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following discussion.The second chapter mainly discusses the source and harm of tobacco and poison in Taiyue revolutionary base,and analyzes that the Japanese puppet government vigorously carried out the policy of poisoning,forced the people to plant a large number of opium poppy in enemy occupied areas with the help of armed forces and privilege protection,openly processed and sold,and lured the people to smoke.In Taiyue District,planting drugs,taking drugs and drug trafficking spread quickly.The spread of tobacco and drugs damaged the physical and mental health of the people in Taiyue District,destroyed the development of agriculture,aggravated the social poverty in Taiyue District,and seriously endangered the social order in Taiyue district.The third chapter combs the Taiyue revolutionary base government’s policies and regulations for the elimination of tobacco and drugs,as well as the organization of the work of banning smoking and the work of banning planting,smoking and selling.The fourth chapter introduces the ways to mobilize the masses to carry out the anti smoking and drug control work in Taiyue revolutionary base and the situation of the masses to carry out the anti smoking work.The government and the masses work together,and the anti smoking and drug control work has achieved good results.The effective interaction between the masses and the government has once again confirmed that the mass line is an irrefutable right path.The fifth chapter summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the anti smoking and drug control in Taiyue revolutionary base,and explores the Enlightenment of the anti smoking and drug control in Taiyue revolutionary base to the current anti drug work in China.
