Current with the development of the society,the advancement of urbanization,more and more of the old man lost his land,lost the old population is increased year by year,lost the old man left the original his familiar land into the high-rise buildings in the city,because the old man’s own body,also as well as young people accept ability,the rapid development of society,Lost old man adapt to urban life is the first step into the new environment of life,with losses in terms of the old man,after just coming into the city faces a range of lifestyle,and social change,such as a lot of ground in the transition process of the old man will appear obvious discomfort,there is a city to adapt to difficult,can in order to let the lost old man enjoy old age,To promote the harmonious and stable development of the society,the urban adaptation of the landless elderly has attracted more and more attention.This paper mainly takes 80 landless old people in X community of Hefei City as the research objects.Firstly,questionnaire survey and unstructured interview method are used to investigate and study the landless old people and collect relevant data.Based on the research of the related data analysis we lost old man in the process of its adaptation to the city lifestyle changes,low public identity,cultural entertainment and single social gradually narrowed down and help system curing these problems,these problems become the ground the biggest obstacle of the elderly to adapt to the city,directly affects the elderly age of happiness.Secondly,the author carries out targeted community activities according to the existing problems of the land-lost old people’s urban adaptation.In order to help the old people in X community to improve these problems,the author uses the social support theory and the advantage perspective theory to get involved from the material and emotional aspects to explore the advantages of the old people.Respectively(casc)has conducted a "job" is waiting for you to,"filial piety the old love Up to the good " respect activities," floral coagulation warmth Full of sweet home " flower arranging activities," to sing the motherland is good Friendly and happy dance up " square dance " one party too hard P plus support " lecture series,help lost old man to solve corresponding problems,to adapt to city life,Let the lost old people’s old age life is full of color,but also let the old people in the community can safely spend their old age life.Finally,on the basis of the design and conduct of the activity,social work through interview and questionnaire survey to old man X community lost ground to evaluate events,it is concluded that ground treat the old man and community activities and social work satisfaction was the attitude of the work and activities make the lost old man adapt to lifestyle changes,increased urban identity,cultural entertainment,social scope,The help system is diversified,and these activities have played a positive role in helping the landless old people adapt to urban life.After the intervention of practical activities,social workers made summarization and reflection,and further concluded that in the process of urban adaptation of the land-lost elderly,there were also problems such as the potential of the service object was not fully explored,the information transmission was not smooth,the communication ability was weak,and the experience of conflict mediation was insufficient.Therefore,targeted suggestions were put forward.For example,to fully tap the potential of landless old people,strengthen effective information transmission,enhance communication ability and increase mediation experience,etc.,provide reference methods for the urban adaptation of landless old people in China and promote social stability and development.
