Study On The Measurement Of Trustful Crisis Between The Public And The Police And Its Restoration Strategies Based On The Analytic Hierarchy Process

The trusting relationship between the police and the public has becoming the essential ingredient in law enforcing of police and developing of economical-social system.Based on the comprehensive reflection of the law of Tacitus Trap,we should substantially interrupt the conceptual development from the occasionally trust damage to the overall political credibility crisis.Therefore,it is quite essential to develop an appropriate path for repairing the crisis,based on the analysis of the status of police-public relationship and the mechanism of trustful crisis derivation.This is also one of the most important issues for theoretical research.This research firstly describes the current status of trusting relationship between the police and the public.There have been appearing many issues which can be seen as the warnings of crisis of confidence,including the exorbitant expectation of the public,the insufficient of law-enforcement efficiency,the complex evaluation on police image,and the inefficient interaction between the police and the public.We further analyze the warnings from different dimensions of the value,the institution,the subject,and the technique.We find that the factors of subjects,institutions,technologies,and values are contributing to the trusting relationship between the police and the public on 54.95%,24.76%,12.93%,and 7.36%,respectively.We found the score of Shenzhen in the trust level is 0.656,and the potential risks of trust risk between police and public have emerged in this survey.We should emphasize the leading position of people-oriented value,and build up the active philosophy in law enforcement.In the perspective of institution,we should improve the system of law and institution,and enhance the standardization in the law enforcement.In the perspective of subject,we should further strengthen the building of police force,and construct the multi-participated cooperative governance model.In the perspective of practice,we should point out the clear focus in law enforcing,and effectively guide and exploit the technology of new-media and mass-data.
