Study On The Participation Of Trade Association In Vocational Education From The Perspective Of Collaborative Education

Vocational education is different from ordinary college education.As a kind of vocational oriented education,students can acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for a particular career during it,so as to meet the needs of all walks of life.In order to cultivate high-quality professionals who can keep up with the development of technology.The cultivation of the government and vocational colleges can no longer be satisfied,which needs the support of schools,governments,industries and enterprises and other relevant organizations.It cannot be separated from the effective operation of the " collaborative education" mechanism among all related organizations.In terms of collaborative education,the prevailing mode in China is mainly school-enterprise cooperation,such as enterpriseorder training and modern apprenticeship.Some achievements have been made in cultivating personnel through cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises.However,there are many problems in the practice of collaborative education between vocational schools and enterprises in these years.For example,how to change the excessive intervention of the government,the marginalization of the status of trade associations and the negative attitude of enterprises during the participation.These are problems wait to be solved.How to cooperate and communicate between the school and various social organizations.How to guarantee the interests of all parties of cooperative education.The cooperation needs the fund input mechanism,the policy guarantee mechanism,etc.These problems led to the vocational colleges to cultivate talents and enterprise’s actual demand disjointed,this topic take the trade association as the research object,using the cooperative education theory,information asymmetry theory and stakeholder theory,using literature study,questionnaire,interview method,case analysis research methods,both foreign and domestic trade associations which participate in vocational education cooperative education related documents are collected,summarized the current trade association to participate in vocational education training experience and success together,further optimization path is put forward.In the meanwhile,investigate the role of Suzhou vocational colleges and trade association during the process.Find out the problems and thus think out some corresponding suggestions.The multiple subjects of vocational colleges are "collaborative education",and the roles of each participant are "government as leadership,trade association as guidance,enterprise as participation,school as promotion,and multi-party cooperation".Through rational use of the advantages of each side,the common goal of talent training is achieved,that is,to cultivate higher quality professional talents.In this process,the role of the trade association is often ignored.As the intermediary between vocational colleges and enterprises,the trade association bears important responsibilities,but its own rights and interests cannot be guaranteed.As an intermediary bridge,industry associations need to participate in the formulation of talent training programs and professional standards by schools on the one hand,and on the other hand,they need to communicate with enterprises to timely understand the development trends of enterprises in the industry and the demand for talents in specific positions.But China’s trade associations have long relied too heavily on the government and played a limited role in vocational education.Therefore,in order to construct a reasonable cooperative education mechanism,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between the subjects,ensure the interests of the participants,and build a healthy cooperative education ecosystem.
