In recent years,with the improvement of the political and economic environment,social organizations have been able to thrive.Among them,the development of public welfare and social service organizations is particularly obvious.In contrast,legal social organizations have developed slowly.Investigating its root causes,legal social organizations have a relatively complex situation and some unfavorable factors in their living environment.Many legal social organizations have difficulty obtaining legal status.In 2015,the Central Government’s No.1 document introduced for the first time the construction of the rule of law at the grassroots level.The construction of the rule of law at the grassroots level is receiving high attention from the state,and legal social organizations are just the important subjects that undertake grassroots public legal services.Therefore,it is necessary to target legal social organizations.Sexual research.In recent years,the grassroots government has begun to pay attention to and value the construction of legal social organizations.Jianhu County has actively responded to the call of the central government and started planning the development of legal social organizations in 2014.After several years of hard work,social results have been remarkable.The thesis is based on Jiangsu Jianhu legal social organizations.The author went to Jianhu,Jiangsu to conduct field investigations.Through observation and questionnaire methods,he collected first-hand information.In the process of collating relevant documents,the content of the materials was analyzed.Complements.On this basis,with the cooperative governance theory as the theoretical guide,the legal social organizations in Jianhu,Jiangsu Province are taken as specific cases to explore the possibility and feasibility of legal social organizations to intervene in grassroots legal services.After investigation,it is found that Jiangsu Jianhu has achieved remarkable results in the construction of social organizations,and legal social organizations have produced good social benefits,which are specifically reflected in the improvement of the people’s behavior standards and legal literacy,the improvement of the social governance pattern,and the extension of social service functions.Therefore,it can be determined that the involvement of legal social organizations in grassroots legal services is promising.But despite this,in the process of Jianhu legal social organizations intervening in grassroots legal services,because the government has always occupied a dominant position,the power of social organizations and market organizations has been weakened,resulting in legal social organizations relying on the government for a long time,and they do not have high Independence and autonomy.In addition,from the perspective of the construction of legal social organizations,Jianhu legal social organizations and other legal social organizations have common problems,that is,their own lack of capabilities.The thesis puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems,and also opens up ideas for the construction of legal social organizations in other regions.
