| Cultivating and practicing the system of socialist core values is an important part of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a strong support for the construction of socialist culture.Improving the system of cultivating and practicing socialist core values is an important strategic task in the coming period.Currently facing a major change in the literature to the state and party,in the face of people for the spiritual and cultural needs and expectations,in the field of the party’s fifth plenary session of the 19 th session of 4,put forward according to the construction of socialist core values guide culture,in the new era to improve cultivating and practicing the system of socialist core values system policy,further improve the system of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values,To strengthen the construction of socialist culture and enhance national cultural soft power,actively respond to changes in the social principal contradictions of our country brings new requirements as well as the complexity of the external environment brings new challenges,push forward the socialist core values into laws into rules,actively integrated into the national management system and social management,is conducive to further consolidate the value consensus,Better cohesion and synergy for development will help expand the influence of Chinese culture and raise China’s international standing.Existing in the system implementation,however,time,the main body of a single,institutional coverage and pertinence is not high,imperfect evaluation system,hinders the cultivation and practice of the consolidation and development of the socialist core values system,based on the system text,through the text research and comprehensive analysis and summary,explore the complete system of practical strategy.This paper first elaborates the source and significance of the topic,and clarifies the research ideas,methods and objectives by analyzing relevant domestic and foreign literatures on cultivating and practicing the system of socialist core values.Secondly,it sorts out the ethical system in traditional Chinese culture and the institutional ethics thought of Marx and Engels to provide some guidance for the improvement of the system.North’s institutional change theory and ideological theory can be used for reference to the improvement of the system.Thirdly,this paper focuses on systematizing the system policy text,establishing the text database,making statistical analysis through SPSS software to obtain the results of the issuing institution,quantity and level,etc.,and using Nvivo and corpus to conduct content analysis from the overall requirements,main contents,target objects and implementation subjects.The text of the system is analyzed and elaborated from the aspects of practice orientation and job security,and the central document is compared with the local document.Finally,based on the brief introduction of the implementation effect,deficiency and attribution of the system of cultivating and practicing socialist core values in the cultural field,based on the characteristics of The Times and the realistic requirements,the author starts from the optimization of the system design system and the overall planning of the system implementation.And perfecting the system of evaluation mechanism of three dimensions further expounds the new era to improve cultivation and the main way to practice the socialist core values system,emphasizes the construction of cultivation and practice of the new pattern of socialist core values system,give full play to their role as the subject,focusing on all kinds of target object,aiming to enhance the spiritual civilization,to build good "online and offline" position,At the same time,we should explore and put forward measures in terms of setting up the index system for assessment,working institutions,working teams,working methods and organizational support,so as to better promote the implementation and play of the system. |
