| The testimony of the witness is important evidence in the lawsuit.It is the basic requirement of the modern court system for the witness to testify in court.It is the key to find out the facts of the case and prevent the unjust,false and wrong cases.But in reality,witnesses often refuse to appear in court for fear of retaliation.Therefore,the development of a system to provide information protection for witnesses in court can effectively promote witnesses to testify in court,reduce the burden of court staff,and is of great significance to promote the information and intelligent construction of the court and improve the judicial efficiency of the court.Based on the system and current situation of witness appearing in court in China,this thesis analyzes the needs of different users such as witness and court,and designs the intelligent protection system of witness in court.The system mainly includes three parts: streaming media server,background management module and witness client module.The streaming media server is responsible for the transmission of audio and video stream in the court trial,the voice change processing of witness audio,video coding processing,speech recognition,audio and video storage and other functions.The protection of personal information of witness is realized by changing voice of witness audio and mosaic of witness video.The witness voice change is realized by re sampling the audio signal and time-scale modification.Feature extraction based on Mel frequency cestrum coefficient.Speech recognition uses Feed-forward Sequential Memory Network model as acoustic model and N-gram model as language model.In addition to intelligent trail recording,speech recognition can also detect and remind the malicious questions raised by the parties,so as to provide further protection for the witnesses.The witness client of the system is installed in the witness room far away from the court.The witness does not appear at the scene of the trial but communicates with the parties at the court through the witness client.At the same time,the witness client module also provides witness in court with services such as viewing testimony and video and electronic signature.The backstage management module provides the management functions of video,record,personnel and equipment configuration for the court staff.It is helpful to the follow-up investigation of the case and the construction of witness room environment.At present,the system has been completed and delivered to the court for use.The system runs reliably,provides strong protection for the witnesses in the process of use,and also plays a very good auxiliary role for the court to handle cases,which has been unanimously recognized by the witnesses and the court. |
