| In the one hundred years since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the study of youth education in the initial period of the Communist Party of China has both theoretical value and time significance.During the founding period of the Communist Party of China,under the severe situation of revolutionary struggle,the Communist Party of China carried out Marxist education,anti-imperialist and anti-warlord education,the education of the Party ’ s outline resolutions and stylistic quality education for youth groups.These educations are not only the starting point for the Communist Party of China to carry out youth education,but also the ideological source for the Communist Party of China to carry out youth education in the new era.This paper uses literature research,historical research,system analysis and many other methods,starting from the elements covered by ideological and political education,on the basis of combing the historical data of the founding period of the Communist Party of China,summarizes and refines the valuable experience and historical reference of the party ’ s youth education in this period.First of all,the theory originates from the reality.By collecting,consulting and summarizing relevant historical data and literature,this paper combs the historical background of youth education in the initial period of the Communist Party of China,and explores the realistic basis for the Communist Party of China to carry out youth education.Secondly,youth education in the initial period of the Communist Party of China presents distinctive characteristics of typical characteristics,rich content and diverse carriers.The four main contents of youth education in this period,namely Marxist education,anti-imperialist and anti-warlord education,the party ’s outline resolution education and stylistic quality education,are extended.Based on historical data,the distinctive characteristics of youth education in this period are extracted,which are the synergy of educational subjects,the gradualness of educational objects,the linkage of educational carriers and the revolutionary nature of educational contents,so as to outline and reveal the core content of youth education.Again,youth education can not be separated from the specific practice,through the excavation,integration of this period of civilian education lecture group,Kang Mu Yi Zhai and other typical cases,demonstration of youth education in the practical level of development,analysis,research in the struggle for youth,unity of youth,youth historical advantages and favorable conditions.Finally,on the basis of full demonstration,trying to restore and outline the party ’ s experience,characteristics and historical limitations of youth education in this period,summarizing the rules and lessons,reflecting the credibility and pertinence of the study.The innovation of this paper is as follows.Firstly,it adopts the method of cross-research to conduct in-depth research on youth education in the initial period of the Communist Party of China from the perspective of ideological and political education and the history of the Communist Party of China.Secondly,describes the process,characteristics and experience of youth education from the perspective of the elements of ideological and political education from the educational environment,educational content,educational characteristics and educational carriers.The third is to select typical cases and analyze the specific practice and distinctive characteristics of youth education in this period in detail.In short,the party ’ s achievements in youth education during this period were major.However,since the party was in its infancy,there were still historical limitations in its understanding of many issues.There was still much room for improvement in this field,which was worthy of in-depth study by the academic community. |
