Research On The Current Situation And Promoting Path Of Marxism Spreading In Rural Areas

The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(referred to CPC)put forward major strategic tasks in 2007.And it come up with clearer requirements for the popularization of Marxism.A large number of domestic theoretical experts and scholars have been actively conducting research and discussion on this.They have conducted more comprehensive and in-depth study on contemporary Chinese Marxism including the connotation,principles,approaches and methods,etc.,and they have obtained rich theoretical research results.Although these achievements have played a role in promoting the popularization of Marxism to a certain extent,we should also see the current development status of the spread of Marxist theory in rural areas.The CPC continues to pay attention to the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and strives to build a new type of countryside which is modern and sustainable.Since the countryside is another important field for the popularization of Marxism,local governments must adhere to the people-oriented principle,not only develop the agricultural economy,but also pay attention to the ideological and political dissemination and education.However,due to the special geographical location and resource environment in rural areas,in reality the spread of Marxism is not always as successful and effective as we thought before.Based on the existing research results of the academic circle,this article takes the necessity and possibility of conducting research as the starting point,and implements the principle of integrating theory with practice in action.The writer selects some villages in Hubei Province to conduct a field survey.The aim is to learn from local farmers about rural cultural life,attitudes towards relevant policies,and current rural publicity work and so on.Through the analysis of the research results,the write hopes to discover the effect that has on farmers’ thought and behavior through the spread of theories.Also the existing problems and possible causes in the publicity of national policies and theories are expected to be found.Combining the advice and opinions of local farmers,we look forward to explore effective ways to promote the spread of Marxism in rural areas.Under the current situation,the promotion of the popularization of Marxism which focuses on the rural areas has important theoretical and practical significance.Through spreading the Marxist theory to the farmers,scientific theory can be mastered and applied to farmers’ agricultural production and daily life.Thus the theory itself is able to be continuously deepened and expanded in the mass practice.On the other hand,to make rural modernization come true,the guidance of scientific thought is urgently needed.The popularization of Marxism in rural areas will help farmers to improve their moral quality and spiritual realm.It will enhance their sense of ownership with the precious chance of rural revitalization.In this way they can try their best to build a new socialist countryside and participate in the great career of socialism with Chinese characteristics with full enthusiasm and confidence.
