Study On The Question Of Collective Land Expropriation Compensation

Land resources as valuable social resources,in the process of accelerating urbanization,the shortage of land resources is becoming more and more serious.With the increase of land demand,land expropriation also increases,and the ensuing contradictions and disputes of expropriation compensation also increase.In order to protect the rights and interests of the expropriated and continuously promote social and economic development,the compensation mechanism of collective land expropriation should be further optimized in the light of the current situation of collective land expropriation and various contradictions and disputes in our country.Through the application of cases and comparative analysis,this paper makes an in-depth understanding of the current situation of collective land expropriation and the actual situation of land expropriation compensation in China,and summarizes the existing problems of land expropriation compensation from the current situation of land expropriation compensation.this paper discusses the causes of these problems,and discusses the compensation system of land expropriation which is consistent with the actual situation of our country.The research is not only limited to the discussion of the problems existing in the compensation system of collective land expropriation in our country,but also starts with the actual situation of compensation for land expropriation in our country,analyzes the root causes behind these problems,and takes this as the foundation to deeply explore the development dilemma faced by the compensation system of collective land expropriation in our country.Considering the actual situation of China’s economic and social development and the contradictions and disputes in the process of land expropriation in recent years,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the compensation system of collective land expropriation in line with the actual situation of our country.Through this study to provide reference for the improvement of China’s collective land expropriation compensation system,to promote the implementation of our policy to further optimize and improve,to protect the needs of the public interest of land expropriation,at the same time to protect the rights and interests of the expropriated.Prevent the abuse of power by the government in the process of collective land expropriation,give full play to the role and advantages of land resources,make rational use of land resources,in order to improve the living standards of farmers and achieve the purpose of overall development of urban and rural areas.At the same time,through the optimization and improvement of the compensation system for land expropriation,we can lay a solid foundation for the harmonious and stable development of our society,avoid contradictions and disputes arising from land expropriation,effectively alleviate and resolve various disputes,and achieve a balance of interests of all parties.to lay a solid foundation for further promoting the stable development of economy and society.
