Study On The Optimization Of Housing Provident Fund Based On Internet Plus Government Service Platform For Y City

China’s 14th Five-Year Plan clearly points out the need to put the people first,deepen the reform of delegating power,improving government services in a more convenient and standardized way."Internet + government services" focuses on streamlining administration,delegating power,innovating regulation and improving services.According to the specific contents of the government power list and combining information and data technology,a service management model with the Internet as the core will be gradually built.In recent years,in order to improve the management level of housing accumulation fund,Y City Housing Provident Fund Center has launched an integrated platform of "Internet + government services" and carried out online affairs,which has achieved certain results.However,there are also problems such as unimpeded information sharing,inefficient platform application management,security risks in information technology and imperfect humanized design of the platform.Based on this background,in this paper,the housing accumulation fund "Internet +e-government service" this platform is a comprehensive and systematic research,a deep insight into the role of the Internet in the process of operation platform,in order to optimize the housing accumulation fund government affairs platform provides countermeasures and Suggestions accordingly,in this paper,we study the continuous optimization of a service-oriented government structure,enhance the level of government management has positive significance.This article from the perspective of "Internet + e-government service",the integrated use of literature study,field survey method,comparative method,with Y city as a case,the public accumulation fund for housing construction platform analyzed Y city housing accumulation fund "Internet + governmental affairs service platform" running status quo,problems and reasons,points out the necessity of the construction of "Internet +governmental affairs service platform and the feasibility.At the same time,based on the perspective of "Internet + government services",this paper puts forward suggestions on the optimization of the provident fund platform.The research results show that it is an inevitable trend to focus on the development concept of "Internet + government services",optimize the platform construction and improve the management level and service level of housing provident fund.It is suggested that the construction of housing provident fund platform in Y City should be optimized and explored mainly from the following aspects: First,improve the scientific and reasonable top-level design,strengthen the theoretical guarantee of people-oriented,and formulate long-term and effective construction planning.The second is to provide powerful safeguard measures,establish and improve feasible rules and regulations,increase investment in the construction of the guarantee platform,and strengthen and improve the functional design of the platform.Third,establish and improve the personnel training and introduction mechanism,constantly improve the professional level of the team,to provide human support for the development of various work.Fourth,to establish a sound management system,and constantly improve the effectiveness and pertinence of management,while building and improving the security system,establish and improve the internal supervision mechanism.
