A Study On The Governance Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Xiabaosi Town Of Xingtai City

Improving rural living environment is an important part of the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The main direction is to treat rural garbage,sewage and improve the appearance of the village,integrate various resources,strengthen various measures,and steadily and orderly promote the governance of prominent problems in rural living environment.However,there are some problems in the process of the implementation of rural residential environment improvement,and how to solve these problems has become the focus.This thesis takes xiabaosi town of Xingtai City as an example to study the improvement of rural human settlement environment.Using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field survey,on the basis of the relevant research background,through combing the research status at home and abroad,according to the theory of sustainable development,combined with the actual situation of xiabaosi town of Xingtai City,This thesis expounds the rural human settlement environment of xiabaosi town of Xingtai City in detail On the basis of the current situation of rural residential renovation,This thesis analyzes the problems and causes of rural residential renovation in xiabaosi Town,Xingtai City,and finally puts forward a series of countermeasures.The research conclusions of This thesis are as follows:(1)the relevant theories are elaborated to provide a solid theoretical basis for the following writing.First of all,it combs the research status at home and abroad,puts forward the significance of this study,and then defines the concepts of rural areas,rural human settlements and rural human settlements renovation;and expounds the theories used in This thesis,including the composition of human settlements,the principles of human settlements construction and the theory of sustainable development,so as to provide a solid theoretical basis for later writing.(2)This thesis elaborates the current situation of rural human settlements renovation in xiabaosi town of Xingtai City.First of all,it gives a brief introduction of xiabaosi town in Xingtai City.Then,it introduces the main measures of human settlements renovation in xiabaosi town of Xingtai City,including the establishment of leading groups and propaganda organizations,strengthening the renovation of human settlements by grass-roots organizations,changing the rural economic development mode,and constantly improving the level of people’s livelihood security.Then the paper analyzes the current situation of rural human settlements in xiabaosi town by using the method of questionnaire survey.(3)This thesis puts forward the problems and reasons of rural residential environment improvement in xiabaosi town.Combined with the questionnaire survey,there are some problems in the rural residential environment renovation in xiabaosi town of Xingtai City,such as the lack of scientific planning for housing and road construction,the lack of special funds for rural residential environment renovation,the villagers’ weak awareness of residential environment renovation and environmental protection,and the lack of long-term guarantee mechanism for rural residential environment renovation.(4)Put forward a series of countermeasures.According to the problems and reasons of rural human settlement environment improvement in xiabaosi Town,This thesis puts forward a series of countermeasures,including strengthening the planning and supervision of village construction,strengthening the construction of infrastructure and public service system,improving the villagers’ cognitive level and participation ability of rural human settlement environment improvement,and establishing a long-term mechanism of rural human settlement environment improvement.On the whole,the governance of rural human settlements in xiabaosi town of Xingtai City has achieved remarkable results,but there is still a gap compared with the requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy.In the future,xiabaosi town of Xingtai City should be based on the actual situation of local development,make good use of national policies,learn advanced experience,continue to promote the governance of rural living environment,and build a pleasant and beautiful countryside.
