With the gradual promotion and application of the Internet+industry model,crowdfunding medical assistance for serious illnesses has enabled many families who have suffered from serious diseases but have no money to treat them to obtain medical assistance.In recent years,fraudulent crowdfunding and the inaction of charitable organizations have widely questioned the credibility of social charity and hurt many people who are enthusiastic about public welfare.After the general public donates love funds through the crowdfunding platform,whether the donated funds can be used correctly and reasonably,and how the brutal growth of the crowdfunding platform can get better administrative supervision,has always been a high-profile issue.The Internet serious illness crowdfunding model is a product of supplementary basic medical care in the era of sharing economy and the Internet era,and the public’s low holding rate of commercial insurance and low awareness of commercial participation in insurance have also led to difficulties in emergence of serious illnesses.There are sufficient funds to deal with the disease.Therefore,Internet crowdfunding for major illnesses is of great significance to the reuse of social medical resources and helping families without financial resources to treat serious illnesses,as well as to the development of public philanthropy that mobilizes social mutual help and mutual assistance.However,the legal regulations and administrative supervision of crowdfunding for serious diseases on the Internet are not perfect.In recent years,chaos has been raging,and various issues such as fraudulent donations,misappropriation of funds,and privacy leakage have continuously weakened the public’s trust in charity.For example,actor Wu Hechen has a house and a car but still solicits donations from the society,Shenzhen writer Luo Er suspected of writing an essay fraud in the circle of friends and many other incidents,all of which are constantly reducing the society’s trust in crowdfunding for serious illnesses through Internet crowdfunding.Therefore,the investigation and research on the development dilemma and solution path of Internet Crowdfunding is very important to the sustainable development of Crowdfunding for Critical Diseases.This article compares the legal regulations and regulatory practices of crowdfunding platforms between China and the United States,the United Kingdom,France and other countries through a comparative study,and elaborates and analyzes relevant actual cases,and draws on the practical experience of foreign countries to complement each other.By issuing questionnaires to users of the crowdfunding platform for serious illnesses,in-depth platform user-centered experience,communication with donors,recipients and platform staff,and other empirical research methods,it is closer to the actual discovery of problems,thinking about problems,and suggestions for solving problems.Proposed the dynamic supervision mode of the Chinese version of the supervision sandbox.The supervision mode has changed from static supervision to dynamic supervision.The author proposes the financial division of the crowdfunding platform to avoid confusion in the financial system,and realize the visual tracking of donations and access to the blockchain for commercial use.NetsUnion Clearing Corporation restricts the illegal use of crowdfunding platforms,and builds an "Internet+Doctor Community" module to further strengthen the authenticity review of information materials for critical illness crowdfunding projects.Through these suggestions for regulatory improvement,the regulators can better protect the sustainable and orderly development of emerging economic industries,and at the same time can better protect the legitimate rights and interests of participants in crowdfunding for serious illnesses.
