Study On The Supervision System Of Donation-based Crowdfunding Platform

In recent years,cheat donations have occurred frequently on donation-based crowdfunding platforms.The government and academia have begun to attach importance to the supervision of donation-based crowdfunding platforms.The regulatory system is not limited to specific regulatory measures for the operation of platforms.It includes the construction of the supervision concept and supervision mode.At this stage,the supervision concept of the donation-based crowdfunding platform is too loose.Under this relaxed supervision concept,the effectiveness of the supervision system is not strong,and the supervision system needs to be restructured.Therefore,the author types the supervision system and finds the entry point for examining the current operation of the supervision system.In order to find a breakthrough in rebuilding the supervision system of the donation-based crowdfunding platform,the author starts from the perspective of the operation of the law and reviews the current operation of the donation-based crowdfunding platform from the four levels of legislation,law enforcement,justice,and law compliance.The current situation also explores the problems of the current regulatory system,and proposes suggestions for optimizing the regulatory system in combination with extraterritorial experience,providing new ideas for improving the regulatory system of the donation-based crowdfunding platform.Based on the above ideas,this article is divided into five chapters for analysis:The first chapter is an introduction.This chapter takes the function and positioning of the donation-based crowdfunding platform in donation-based crowdfunding activities as the starting point,and raises the question of the need to reconstruct the supervision system of the donation-based crowdfunding platform.The research objects are identified and sorted out.The literature lays the foundation for the research of this article.The second chapter is the concept and type of the supervision system of the donation-based crowdfunding platform.This chapter aims to analyze the current supervision philosophy of the donation-based crowdfunding platform,and to type the supervision system from the perspective of the operation of law and the subject of supervision.The third chapter is the operation of the donation-based crowdfunding platform supervision system.It includes reviewing the laws and other regulatory documents related to platform supervision,explaining the platform supervision and enforcement,statistics on judicial cases related to the platform,explaining the platform’s self-management and industry self-discipline,and finding the current charity public through the review of the current status of the regulatory system.Problems in the
