A Research On The Law Enforcement Standardized Construction Of Quanzhou High Speed Traffic Police

With the progress of society and economic development,Quanzhou,as the city with the largest economic output in Fujian Province,has 1.4 million motor vehicles.In order to promote the continuous improvement of Quanzhou’s high-speed transportation functions and help Quanzhou’s economic development and urban constructi on,the mission and responsibility of the high-speed traffic police as the guardian of the important transportation hub of the expressway city is self-evident,especially the grassroots first-line civilian police assistants.The professional qualities and law enforcement capabilities of the police are not only closely related to the interests of every traffic participant,but also have a decisive impact on the evaluation of the public security team’s image and the safety and stability of society.Therefore,it is urgent to build a high-speed traffic police law enforcement team that is hard enough in quality,accurate in law enforcement,and strong in ability.This article mainly takes the law enforcement standardization construction of the Quanzhou Highway T raffic Police Detachment as the research object,comprehensively adopts the literature research method,the field interview method,the participatory observation method and the comparative analysis method,combined with the application of the new public service,administration according to law and other related theories to explain the connotation and main content of the standardization of law enforcement by public security are analyzed,and the effectiveness of the Quanzhou Expressway Traffic Police in the standardization of law enforcement is analyzed.The main problems that exist at present are analyzed,namely,the uneven quality of law enforcement police,the emphasis on entities over procedures in law enforcement links,improper use of law enforcement administrative discretion and insufficient use of scientific and technological law enforcement equipment.By studying the advanced concepts and practices of the civilian police in some cities or regions at home and abroad in the standardization of law enforcement,combined with the actual situation and specific analysis of specific issues,this article puts forward targeted suggestions on the standardization of law enforcement of the Quanzhou Expressway traffic police,namely,the concept of law enforcement and the law enforcement system,law enforcement behavior,law enforcement capabilities,and law enforcement guarantees,in order to improve the standardization of law enforcement by the Quanzhou Express Traffic Police,to facilitate and smooth travel for the masses,contribute to the vigorous development of the social economy,and escort.
