Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the popularity of new government media has continued to increase,and new government media applications with multiple levels,regions,and styles have been born.Throughout domestic and foreign research on new government media,most of the focus is on social media itself or online factors that affect media use,and lack of consideration of the current online and offline integration situation,offline factors and user experience in this situation.At the same time,the user experience of new government media is also facing the impact of information overload,complicated system functions,and social overload.To this end,this study uses user experience as a benchmark to explore the impact of online and offline integration environments and information explosions on the continued use of new government media users from the perspective of satisfaction,and provides a reference for the development and construction of new government media.Firstly,the article explains the concepts and theories involved in the research topic,and proposes the integration of perception,perception overload,use and satisfaction,perception overload,and willingness to continue to use five dimensions of latent variables based on previous research experience.Reasonable relationship assumptions,and based on these assumptions,a conceptual model of the influence of perception integration and perception overload on the users’ willingness to continue using new government media is constructed.Then,design measurement indicators for the latent variables involved in the conceptual model,design and issue questionnaires based on the indicators,and recover the questionnaire data.Then the data is cleaned and screened,reliability and validity are tested,and AMOS24.0 is used to test the fit between the data and the model.Finally,according to the display results of AMOS24.0,the true influence relationship of each hypothetical path is obtained,and the same analysis is performed on the sample data with LISERL,which proves that the obtained results are stable,and relevant analysis is carried out on this result.The analysis results show that perception integration indirectly positively affects the public’s willingness to continue using new government media through the positive impact of the public’s perception of the content satisfaction,social satisfaction,and process satisfaction of using new government media;perception overload affects the public’s willingness to continue using new government media It has a negative effect,and together with perception integration affects the public’s willingness to continue using new government media.
