Research On The Impact Of Perceived Value On The Willingness Of Users Of Government Data-open Platforms

In the circumstance of the rapid development of big data,people’s understanding of data is becoming more and more profound,and data public acquisition awareness,analysis and utilization capabilities are also increasing.The government data open platform serves as a public service platform for the government to interact with the public has begun to enter in to the public view,and is regarded as an important medium for advancing the public data value.In recent years,it has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad.The open government data platform has led the new trend of e-government portals.As a communication hub between the government and the public,it has been widely concerned and recognized by the public.Government data is generated and collected by the government in the process of carrying the national policies and concepts.If these data resources are not fully utilized by the public,they can only be a sleeping treasure.Although all countries are vigorously developing and building government open data platform and improving information services based on public data needs.But from the public’s view,the effectiveness of the information services platform still needs to be improved.The public utilization rate is not high enough,and the rate of data resources utilization limited.In addition to focusing on the management and construction of data resources,we should also pay attention to the data value used by the platform users.Therefore,the research based on users’ willingness of using government data open platform.It has practical significance and theoretical values.This research implements the basic idea centered on platform users,and focuses on the subject of the impact of users’ perceived value on platform use intentions,using to finish the research selection method,model construction,scale design,and result verification.The article constructs a structural model of users’ willingness of using government data open platform from the perspective of perceived value.Designs the measurement scale based on the selected dimensions,and collects data samples through a combination of experimental and questionnaire methods.Using SPSS and AMOS to conduct empirical analysis and test the proposed research hypotheses and theoretical models revealing the mechanism of perceived value in the use of government open data platform.Through the results of the research data analysis,it is found that the perceived value of the government data open platform users not only directly affects the willingness of using,but also indirectly affects the user’s willingness of using through user experience satisfaction.The research also adopt interview method to collect he users’ deeper thoughts and suggestions.Finally,the research conclude and put forward the prospects.In order to provide inspiration and suggestions for the improvement of government data open platform,and to seek breakthroughs in improving the construction of government data open and to enhance platform users’ perceived benefits.The research has the significance of promoting the construction of smart cities in our country.
