| At present,the phenomenon of campus food and beverage waste is serious.It is of practical significance to integrate the traditional concept of thrift into the management of campus food and beverage waste.The traditional frugality concept follows the norms of righteousness and propriety,stresses self-restraint and frugality,so as to cultivate morality and realize the great ambition of rejuvenating the country and the country.It is the concentrated embodiment of the ancient wisdom,which is just what the current campus waste management needs.Through questionnaire survey,taking several colleges and universities in Xiangtan City as the research object,we know that at present,colleges and universities have carried out a certain degree of waste management and publicity,but the phenomenon of campus catering waste has not been curbed,and its governance status is mainly manifested as unclear governance concept,ineffective implementation of governance subject,and imperfect governance mechanism.From the perspective of traditional frugality,the reason for the difficulty of governance of campus catering waste can be attributed to the lack of traditional frugality education,and students’ awareness of thrift is generally weak;There is a lack of traditional thought of suffering and awareness of food security crisis;The traditional thrifty culture is not paid enough attention,and the effect of propaganda and education in Colleges and universities is not good;The implementation of thrift policy lags behind,and the punishment measures for grain waste are absent.The specific path of integrating traditional frugality into campus catering waste management is as follows: first of all,we should carry forward the traditional ideas of thrift and luxury,and build up the concept of campus catering waste management.Secondly,we should cultivate the virtue of thrift,cultivate the sense of resource crisis,and improve the ability to stop waste;Strengthen the sense of food crisis,improve the appeal of waste management.Thirdly,by vigorously advocating”clean your plate”action and carrying out extra-curricular practical labor,we can expand the practice of traditional thrift concept and innovate the management mode of campus catering waste.Finally,through strengthening moral education,strengthening social legislation,strengthening institutional support and other channels,the construction of traditional frugality into the campus catering waste management guarantee mechanism. |
