| In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the field of online food shopping,purchasing food through the Internet has become a lifestyle for more and more families,and online food operators continue to switch to online operations to enrich the market and new formats,and promote the post-epidemic situation.times of economic recovery.At the same time,the issue of food safety in online shopping has increasingly become the focus of social attention.Driven by economic interests,the"occupational anti-counterfeiting" of online food shopping has grown and has profoundly affected people’s Internet life.Under the new background of the rapid development of the Internet + new economy,the current "occupational anti-counterfeiting" of online food shopping has become more and more chaotic.However,the current government management system for this phenomenon is not yet perfect.The previous approach to online food safety management,with the government as the main body of management,was a relatively single model of governance,however,as the economy continues to develop,this model has gradually failed to meet the needs of the complex and indistinguishable online food safety governance of today.The rapid development of “ professional crackdown on counterfeiting” happens to be one of the channels for participating in online food safety supervision.If the guidance is properly regulated,it can realize its public value and serve the public interest.In view of this,in the context of the current new era,this article attempts to carry out research on government regulation of "professional anti-counterfeiting" in online food shopping,and analyzes the "professional anti-counterfeiting" in online food trading.Occupational anti-counterfeiting" behavior logic,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for government regulation.To help "professional counterfeiters" develop in the right direction,promote their significant role,and lay a solid foundation for building a safe and efficient online food safety governance model.From the characteristics of the object and purpose of the study,in order to ensure objectivity as much as possible,on the basis of combing and analyzing relevant literature,this paper adds research methods such as questionnaires and direct interviews,and strives for in-depth research.First of all,point out the significance and background of the research of this topic,carefully sort out and study the relevant information and literature on "professional anti-counterfeiting" in online shopping food transactions,and master the research methods.At the same time,the current situation and characteristics of "professional anti-counterfeiting" in online food trading were studied in depth by means of questionnaires and interviews,and combined with the above research,the government regulation status and existing problems in "professional anti-counterfeiting" of online food trading were put forward.Thirdly,analyze the reasons for the problems of the above-mentioned government regulations;finally,put forward the government regulation measures to optimize the "professional crackdown" of online food trading,and at the same time suggest that the supervision departments at all levels should strengthen the supervision of online food operators,and establish and continue to improve the credit evaluation system;Fully implement the main responsibility of third-party e-commerce platforms,and at the same time improve consumers’ awareness of self-protection and their ability to protect their rights. |
