We Will Strengthen The Research On The Cultivation Of Young People’s Spirit Of Struggle In The New Era

Based on the new era and guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the spirit of struggle,this paper systematically studies the relevant issues related to strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of struggle of young people in the new era.First of all,it expounds the relevant theoretical basis for the cultivation of the spirit of struggle and the important significance of strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of struggle of young people in the new era,and believes that the spirit of struggle of young people that conforms to the characteristics of the times includes: the spirit of hard work and diligent study,the style of hard and simple life,the personality charm of self-reliance and self-improvement,and the feeling of home and country that has the courage to take responsibility.He also clarified that the significance of cultivating the spirit of struggle in the new era is not only an important guarantee for promoting the growth of young people into talents,but also the spiritual force supporting the prosperity and development of our political party and the source of motivation for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Then,the results of the current cultivation of young people’s fighting spirit are not ideal,and the reasons for the weakening of some teenagers’ fighting spirit are: first,the negative impact of the social market economy and the wrong guidance of social public opinion;second,there are shortcomings in the cultivation of school struggle spirit;third,the deviation of family education concepts and education methods.On this basis,the realistic path of strengthening the cultivation of young people’s spirit of struggle in the new era was discussed,and it was proposed to stimulate the endogenous motivation of individuals in the cultivation of the spirit of struggle by clarifying their own mission of the times and establishing a lofty goal of struggle;by changing the concept of parental education that emphasizes wisdom and light morality,transforming the parenting style of pampering and habitual cultivation,and creating a good family style to strengthen the basic role of the family in the cultivation of the spirit of struggle;by strengthening the purpose of teachers’ education,optimize curriculum resources.Promote the construction of campus culture to give play to the leading role of the school in the cultivation of the spirit of struggle;strengthen the role of society in the cultivation of the spirit of struggle by creating a good social and cultural atmosphere and striving to provide convenient conditions for young people to struggle.
