Research On Government Supervision Of Banking Data Governance In L Province

With the rapid development of big data technology,data has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life as an asset.Especially for the banking industry,data is its most essential resource.The management level of data resources directly affects the business development of the banking industry.However,in the process of banking data governance,a series of problems have also been exposed,such as the lack of unified data standards,inadequate supervision of data security and data use,and so on.The data quality and governance standards of the banking industry are constantly improved,so as to promote the quality of these data exposed in the process of governance.The data governance of the banking industry must strengthen the supervision at the government level and establish unified norms and standards.Only by establishing a perfect government supervision system can we optimize and improve the data governance of the banking industry and promote the improvement of the operation level,management level and market competitiveness of the banking industry.At present,the data governance of the banking industry is still in its infancy,and the corresponding government supervision system needs to be further improved.Based on this,this paper studies the government supervision in the process of banking data governance,and selects the banks in L Province as the object of questionnaire survey and interview.Firstly,this paper analyzes and combs the overall development of China’s banking data governance and the current situation of L province’s banking industry in data governance;On this basis,questionnaires and interviews were conducted on L province’s banking data governance.Through questionnaires and interviews,we learned about the problems existing in the government supervision process of L province’s banking data governance,mainly including unclear responsibilities of regulators,weak supervision,isolated regulatory data islands and lack of regulatory legal basis.The first reason for these problems is the lack of a unified regulatory coordination mechanism,The second is the lack of innovation in regulatory methods,the third is the lack of regulatory data sharing mechanism,and the fourth is the imperfect regulatory legal system.Finally,aiming at the problems and reasons of government supervision of banking data governance in L Province,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement strategies.The first is to establish a supervision coordination mechanism,the second is to promote the innovation of government supervision methods,the third is to accelerate the establishment of supervision data sharing mechanism,and the fourth is to improve the legal system of government supervision in order to adopt relevant suggestions and countermeasures,It provides a useful reference for the improvement of banking data level and the optimization of government supervision strategy from the perspective of government supervision.
