Research On The Legislative Protection Of American Indian Educational Rights After World War Ⅱ

The right to education is an important issue in the development of education and an important factor in improving the quality of education and realizing all-round development.With the development of education and the progress of law,the protection of citizens’ educational rights is also being improved.After years of development,the law on American Indians Education in the United States has formed a preliminary scale system.In particular,as the earliest owner of the American continent,the Indians have particularity in the development of American history.Their education situation,development level,protection and development of educational rights are more typical.Therefore,they are of common concern both at home and abroad.After World War II,it was an extremely turbulent era in American history,and it was also a key node.Driven by the American civil rights movement,American Indians and other ethnic minorities continued to awaken their awareness of education and fought for the right to education.In the history of the rise and growth of the United States,its experience and lessons in the legal protection of Indian educational rights can also provide reference for China in the protection of citizens’ educational rights.The first part first discusses the history,education and legislation of American Indians before World War II.The second part introduces the development of the legislative protection of American Indian educational rights in the early stage after World War II.The third part is the key content of this paper,mainly based on the civil rights movement.This paper discusses the continuous awakening of American Indians’ awareness of striving for the right to education during the civil rights movement.During this period,the federal government and parliament also passed many education bills.Through the study of these education bills,this paper analyzes the legislative protection of American Indians’ right to education in this period.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems and challenges in the educational development of American Indians after the rapid development of the civil rights movement in the 1990 s.The last part analyzes the experience and lessons of the United States in the legislative protection of Indian educational rights through combing the evolution,development and characteristics of the legislative protection of American Indian educational rights after World War II,and puts forward some thoughts on the legislative protection of Citizen Educational Rights in China in combination with China’s national conditions.
