The United States is made up of immigrants, with white people as the social main body for a long time. But in recent years, the diversity of Asian immigrant groups and their influence in America society is getting more and more attention. In Asian Americans, one of the largest groups is Chinese, and the fastest-growing group is Indian-origin group. The Indians immigrant to American has a long history, which with the social development of immigration to the United States also experienced the hardships of immigration. The most affected to these immigrants who immigrate to the United States is the Indian several revisions and changes of immigration laws and immigration policies, each immigration law and immigration policy?s change has deeply influenced Indian immigrants, including immigration, immigration body composition, the survival and development in the United States, and so on. Indian immigrate to the United States is the unique part among the Asian immigrant groups, from the U.S. immigration process, since the new immigration law promulgated in 1965, the influx of immigrants from Asia continue to mass, makes the Asian population is growing fast, among them, the Indian population is more than 3 million in the United States.For Indian are about 60% of the population was born outside the United States, the new Indian immigrants are the main factors that increase in the number of African Americans. Itself is composed by immigrants to established the United States, the world’s largest immigrant absorption and ethnic group one of the most widely distributed, is through a variety of immigrants in the United States since the founding of the laws, regulations and policies around the world to absorb immigrants, the immigration policy(immigration) adjustments and changes directly affect the population situation and immigrant groups in the United States. India is the most important part of Asian immigrant groups in the United States, the adjustment of immigration policy influences the Indian immigration status, especially the Indian immigrants of high-tech talent, the mobility and migration across borders, not only affect and transform the lives of the Indian immigrant development trend, but also influence and changing the United States as a whole the adjustment and distribution of immigrant groups and the United States? development of economic and social changes. This article mainly various historical periods or immigration law adjustment of American immigration policies to analyze the influence of Indian immigrants, and the characteristics of the Indian people immigrate to the United States and the problems and challenges they are facing, and the impact of these immigrants on indo-us relations and other issues for further discussion.
