| The October Revolution brought Marxism-Leninism to China. In the process of sinicization of Marxism, the influence of the Soviet Union is everywhere. The view of the Soviet Union and the sinicization of Marxism are interrelated, mutually influenced and mutually restricted. The view of the Soviet Union directly affects the development and changes of modern Chinese society. The first part mainly examines the background of the Eastern Miscellany’s attention to the Soviet Union(1927-1937).It is mainly divided into three parts: international background, domestic background, and the commercial nature of the Eastern Miscellany. The international background includes the outbreak of economic crisis and the emergence of capitalist disadvantages;the socialist planned economy of the Soviet Union made brilliant achievements. The domestic background includes the breakdown of the cooperative relationship between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party;the Kuomintang carried out the policy of cultural autocracy;the outbreak of the "Middle East Road" incident;domestic warlords scuffles, frequent natural disasters, and dilapidated national economy;after the "September 18" Incident, the national crisis deepened sharply, the intellectuals launched the anti-Japanese national salvation movement, and hoped to achieve the goal of "United Soviet Union Against Japan" with the Soviet Union. In addition, the Eastern Miscellany as a commercial magazine, aims to make profits, publishes articles in order to arouse readers’ interest and keep up with the trend of the times. This is also an important reason why the Eastern Miscellany actively pays attention to and reports on the Soviet Union. The second part mainly sorts out the author group, main content and main characteristics of the Eastern Miscellany concerned with the Soviet Union(1927-1937).In terms of author groups,we will sort out the editors-in-chief of the Eastern Miscellany(1927-1937)and the author groups who have published articles about the Soviet Union,to know which intellectuals are talking about the Soviet Union and which articles about the Soviet Union have been published. In terms of content, the author analyzes the author’s cognition and attitude towards the Soviet Union from the perspectives of economic construction, foreign policy, political system and social life, and then sorts out the main content of the Eastern Miscellany concerned with the Soviet Union. In terms of characteristics,it is divided into three aspects: stage, diversity of views, and national interest as the center.Stage is the difference between the views of the Soviet Union in different periods, the main analysis is that in the changing times, the author group of the Eastern Miscellany changes in the attitude of the Soviet Union;by comparing and analyzing the different viewpoints of the same period and the different views of the Soviet Union in the journals of the same period,we can see the diversity of people’s views at that time,no matter whether the attitude of intellectuals towards the Soviet Union is positive or negative,it is centered on national interests. The third part mainly studies the relationship between the Eastern Miscellany’s view of the Soviet Union and the sinicization of Marxism(1927-1937).It mainly starts from the cognition of the Soviet road and the Chinese revolution and construction road, and the interaction between the view of the Soviet Union and the Chinese revolution and construction road.By sorting out the cognitive evolution of the Soviet Union in the space of public opinion-"The Eastern Miscellany" from 1927 to 1937,to explore how Chinese intellectuals learned from the experience of the Soviet Union, and then to study the process of the sinicization of Marxism. It is mainly divided into four parts, the first is to implement a peaceful foreign policy based on national interests;the second is to implement a planned economy model;the third is to adhere to the dictatorship of the proletariat;and the fourth is to adhere to the socialist revolutionary road.Focus on major events, such as the "Middle East Road" incident that caused "Hate the Soviet Union" public opinion, the Sino-Soviet cut off diplomatic relations on July 17,1929;the1929-1933 world capitalist economic crisis and the great achievements of the Soviet Union’s "First Five-Year Plan" caused Chinese intellectuals reflection and yearning for the policy of the socialist planned economy model;Sino-Soviet diplomatic relations resumed in 1932,and the Soviet Union began to assist China to resist Japanese aggression in essence. The fourth part mainly analyzes the revelation of the Eastern Miscellany’s view of the Soviet Union to the sinicization of Marxism.By sorting out the gains and losses of the Eastern Miscellany’s view of the Soviet Union and the sinicization of Marxism, summarizing its experience and lessons scientifically, and dialectically looking at the shortcomings of the Eastern Miscellany’s view of the Soviet Union, many valuable inspirations can be obtained from it,which provides useful experience for the sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism today, and it is also of great practical significance for how to learn from and utilize foreign theoretical and practical resources in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future. The fifth part is the conclusion, which summarizes the whole paper. |
