The Theory And Practice Of The Communist Party Of Belarus In Exploring Socialism After The Drastic Changes In The Soviet Union And Eastern Europe

The Communist Party of Belarus was established in 1918 and rebuilt in 1996.It is one of the main political parties of the Republic of Belarus.Guided by Marxist-Leninist theory,it actively explores the country’s socialist road.After the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,the world socialist movement suffered serious setbacks,and the Belarusian Communist Party was also hit hard.It was once banned from activities and experienced a tortuous and complicated development process,but the Belarusian Communist Party never gave up its goal of achieving socialism.This paper consists of an introduction and five chapters,as follows:The first chapter discusses the development and evolution of the Communist Party of Belarus since its establishment,and briefly expounds the current situation of the Communist Party of Belarus.Before the Soviet Eastern upheaval,it experienced the initial establishment period,the Soviet Union period,and after the Soviet Eastern upheaval,it experienced the period of prohibition and recovery,the period of division,and the period of reconstruction and steady development.The second chapter discusses the social and historical conditions of the Belarusian Communist Party after the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.After the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,the Belarusian Communist Party faced new changes in the international and domestic situation.From an international perspective,the world socialist movement continued to move forward after falling into a trough,and a series of new changes have also occurred in capitalism.From a domestic point of view,the newly independent Republic of Belarus has also carried out a series of reforms.This article expounds the new changes in Belarus’ domestic social and historical conditions from the perspectives of politics,economy and diplomacy.The third chapter discusses the theory of the Belarusian Communist Party in exploring the road of socialism.It is mainly divided into three parts,the theory of the Communist Party of Belarus on capitalism,the theory on socialism and the theory on party building.The Communist Party of Belarus believes that the essence of capitalism has not changed,that contemporary capitalism has fallen into a systemic crisis,and that only the socialist road can bring contemporary society out of the crisis.The fourth chapter discusses the practice of the Belarusian Communist Party to explore socialism.The Communist Party of Belarus has always been committed to continuously improving the party’s domestic political influence,including strengthening the construction of mass organizations,properly handling relations with domestic political parties and organizations,actively participating in election campaigns,and conducting constructive cooperation with the regime.In addition,the Communist Party of Belarus actively participates in the world socialist movement,actively participates in international conferences,and maintains contacts with political parties and organizations in other countries.The fifth chapter discusses the future prospects of the Belarusian Communist Party to explore the road of socialist development.After analyzing the opportunities and challenges for the Belarusian Communist Party to explore the socialist development path,it predicts the future prospects of the Belarusian Communist Party to develop socialism.The Communist Party of Belarus has always insisted on finding a way to realize socialism within the framework of the capitalist system,and advocates building socialism in Belarus in the future through various peaceful means.
