| Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to strengthen discipline for officials in the new era,further tighten the Party’s discipline regulations on officials,and maintain the Party’s advanced nature and purity.The 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that in order to meet the needs of Party building in the context of the new era,discipline building must be taken as an important part of strengthening Party building in the future.Discipline building must be strengthened for cadres to get used to working in a supervised environment.Cadres have always been the key to the operation of the political power of the Communist Party of China.For the Communist Party of China,a political party that has developed and expanded with strict discipline,Party cadres play an important role in leadership,organization,promotion and demonstration education.Therefore,the discipline construction of cadres is a major political issue related to the success or failure of the party.In Yan’an period,the Communist Party of China vigorously strengthened the construction of cadre discipline and accumulated rich experience.Starting from a large number of historical facts,this paper systematically combs the important measures and remarkable achievements of the Communist Party of China in strengthening the construction of cadre discipline in Yan’an period,comprehensively summarizes the basic experience of the Communist Party of China in strengthening the education of cadre discipline in Yan’an period,and tries to find the coincidence point between historical experience and practical work,so as to provide beneficial enlightenment for strengthening the construction of the party’s cadre discipline in the new era.The introduction of this paper expounds the research background,research significance,research status and review,relevant concept definition,research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings.The first chapter mainly introduces the premise of cadre discipline construction,that is,the party’s understanding of the necessity and importance of strengthening cadre discipline construction in Yan’an period.The second chapter systematically combs the important measures and remarkable achievements of the party in strengthening the construction of cadre discipline in Yan’an period.Based on a comprehensive summary of the party’s basic experience in the construction of cadre discipline in Yan’an period,the third chapter preliminarily reveals the Contemporary Enlightenment of the construction of cadre discipline in Yan’an period,that is,the construction of cadre discipline should be normalized,the methods should be scientific and the experience should be institutionalized. |
