A Theoretical And Practical Study On The Construction Of The Communist Party Of China Cadre Academy

The key to running China's affairs well lies in the party,and the key to its success lies in its cadres.The quality and ability of cadres are not innate,they can not do without the training of social practice furnace,more can not do without the scientific education and training implemented by the party.Cadre education,as an important link for party members and cadres to carry out theoretical study,deepen theoretical arms and promote the ideological construction of the party,not only improves the quality and ability of party members and cadres,but more importantly,unifies the thought,ensures the unity and unity of the party,and finally ensures the talent force for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.During its nearly century-long history of following categories:Party schools(schools of administration),cadre academies and socialist academies;Education and training institutions for cadres in departments and industries;Institutions of higher learning,research institutes and social training institutions that undertake the tasks of cadre education and training;Overseas training institutions that receive training programs for cadres in China.In addition to the above physical training base,there are network college,online learning platform and other virtual training base.This paper mainly studies the cadre academy as one of the main channels of cadre education and training,because compared with the party school(school of administration)and social academy,the cadre academy covers a wider scope,serves more grassroots party members,and organizes more flexible training procedures.Therefore,the cadre education and training of research cadre institute has more important value.To study the theory and practice of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party is to put it as an important part of the education and training of party cadres into the overall study of the party's theoretical armed forces,theoretical strengthening of the party and the party's ideological construction,rather than to regard it as a patchwork.To grasp the scientific nature of the construction of the party's cadre theory and historical track,combined with the investigation and analysis of the current construction of some cadre academies,this paper makes anin-depth and detailed study on the theory and practice of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party.Specifically:The introduction explains the research background and value of this paper,reviews the existing research achievements in academia,introduces the research ideas and content framework,as well as the innovation and existing research deficiencies of this paper.The first chapter expounds the related concepts and functions of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party.This chapter analyzes the current structure of the education and training institutions for the cadres in Chinese Communist party,defines the relevant concepts of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party,and through the comparison with the party school(school of administration),the school of socialism,makes clear the functional orientation and characteristics of the cadre academy.Based on this,it defines the connotation,elements and functions of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party,and defines the core issues of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the theoretical basis and policy basis of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party.This chapter studies the theories of classic Marxist writers and leaders of the CPC.That is,from Marx and Engels' thoughts on proletarian party education to Lenin's thoughts on party member and cadre education to the thoughts on cadre education and cadre training institutions of communist party of China leaders.At the same time,this paper summarizes the policies on cadre education and cadre education and training institutions since the 18 th national congress of the CPC,which provides the theoretical basis and policy basis for further research on cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party.The third chapter combs the practice exploration of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party before the 18 th national congress of the CPC.This chapter studies the basic situation of the construction of the party's cadre institute from the founding of the communist party of China to the founding of the People's Republic of China,from the founding of thePeople's Republic of China to the reform and opening up,and from the reform and opening up to the 18 th national congress of the CPC.Taking some influential cadre academies as examples,this paper analyzes the construction of these cadre academies in detail,explores the law of development,summarizes the experience,takes history as a mirror,and provides reference for further study on the construction of cadre academies.The fourth chapter studies the basic situation of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party since the 18 th national congress of the CPC.This chapter analyzes the party's cadre institute since the eighteenth big construction facing the situation,based on the three cadre institute at the national level,and in 2019 the CPC central committee approved 64 provincial cadre institute as the research object,and around the school idea,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching staff and institutional mechanisms,and sums up the results.The fifth chapter analyzes the strategies and trends of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party in the new era.Based on the previous research results,this chapter puts forward the strategies for of cadre academy construction in Chinese Communist party in the new era.And in view of the new situation of national legalization,network information and social diversity,it is pointed out that the construction of cadre colleges also presents a new development state,showing the development trend of more specialization,institutionalization,networking and characterization.
