A Study On Ideological And Political Work In Urban Communities ——Takes Lianhua Community In Jining City As An Example

As China begins a new journey to build itself into a great modern socialist country in all respects,a social governance pattern in the new era is taking shape,and national social governance will gradually sink to the grassroots level,aiming to open up the "last kilometer" of national governance.Community-level governance is the cornerstone of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and urban community governance is an important component of community-level governance.As an important position of grass-roots governance in the new era and an inevitable extension of the party’s ideological and political work,urban communities have been given new governance requirements in the social governance pattern in the new era.Strengthening and improving ideological and political work has become the basis for improving the effectiveness of community governance.Constantly analyzing,summarizing and summarizing the practical experience of ideological and political work of urban communities can not only broaden the road and accumulate experience to realize the high-quality development of ideological and political work of urban communities in the new era,but also further explore its great potential in the national modernization construction.This paper takes the empirical investigation of ideological and political work in Lianhua Community,Jining City,Shandong Province as the starting point,combines with the existing theoretical achievements and practical cases,studies the development of ideological and political work in China,and strives to provide reference for the modernization of national grass-roots governance system and governance capacity.First,this paper defines the relevant concepts of ideological and political work in community,urban community and urban community,and analyzes the theoretical basis and status of urban community ideological and political work.Secondly,taking the lotus community as the reference and the current situation of the ideological and political work is analyzed.This paper summarizes the achievements of ideological and political work in urban communities and analyzes the difficulties of ideological and political work.Finally,in view of the difficulties facing the ideological and political work of urban communities in China,relevant suggestions are put forward from five aspects of management mechanism,team construction,content construction,information construction and environmental construction.
